Med Fresh Grill

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I was in the area to buy some clothes and found this place. Only picked this restaurant because it was closest to whee I parked. I ordered a chicken plate and wow! It was delicious! I especially loved their hummus! Chicken was very tasty as well! The plate came with grilled chicken, hummus, rice and salad. All the nutritions you need in one plate!

In Tempe for my first time, for work. Came here for lunch. The boss found it doing recon before we came out and suggested it. I was looking for something light but filling and good and I love me some Mediterranean so this seemed like the place. I'll start but saying I was pleasantly surprised when I saw they offered a bowl for $12. In the end I did added feta for +$2 but in the end, well worth it. I got the chicken gyro with salad base and tiziki. OMG!! This bowl was bomb! It was so delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor. The chicken gyro was so tasty I would 100% get it again!Decent amount of seating inside. Street parking is what you get here so could be hit or miss.

Personally went inside this establishment to order take out around 5ish since they have 4 stars. Was not impressed and I regret coming here instead of Pita Jungle. It's a quaint restaurant with a TV, but nothing extraordinary. The place was empty aside from staff (an older man and woman) and a group of the staff friends (one person appeared homeless). It appeared they were having a personal conversation of about 4-5 people, which is fine, but business comes first. The service was mediocre; didn't feel very welcomed and if anything felt like I was disturbing their meeting. Didn't place much mind because I was hoping at least the food would be great. The cashier woman left the group and took my order. After taking my order and stating it would only be a few minutes, she went back to the group to continue the conversation. They did not start working on the order until they finished the conversation about 10 mins after. Mind you I only ordered the "mixed grill" with no special request so the wait was excessive. The food was just ok. The proteins were decent, the salad and hummus were the best of the plate, and the rice was a bit greasy and had a strong curry flavor. I ordered "their best dish" so needless to say I expected a little bit more. The food wasn't horrible so I feel my rating is more than fair.

Stopped for lunch after arriving in Phoenix. No designated parking (just downtown street parking which is to be expected for the area). Clean seating area with bathrooms. Fairly big portion sizes (enough to feel full but not enough to have leftovers). Ingredients seemed relatively fresh. I wouldn't say it's the best Mediterranean food I've had though, and it was way overpriced (almost $50 for two people for two basic bowls and one drink, and the toppings were limited) for essentially a version of Cava or Chipotle (it's not a sit down and order place). I think there are better options.

Really quick and friendly service and delicious food! Pretty good serving sizes for a decent price and the food tasted really flavorful all around. The meat was cooked well and very tender and the rice was also very well done. Pita is a bit bland compared to others, but the rest of the platter was great. A solid spot for lunch if you work around the area and I'm sure I'll be back.

Great Mediterranean food is available here! Been here several times now and always quality food at a reasonable price. The kabobs are perfectly seasoned and cooked

Just average. Had good flavor and the portion was ok but average Mediterranean food. The service was good and the good came out quick enough. Nothing spectacular and over the top but not bad either. I'd go back again. Nothing would keep me away but nothing to have me rushing back. Main reason we choose this place to eat was it was Christmas and not much open. But yes we weren't disappointed or anything.

I'm visiting from out of town and have eaten here 3 times now. The food is great! I had the mixed plate all three times and the taste and quality has been consistent. Definitely recommend Med Fresh as far as Turkish / Mediterranean food goes.

Food was incredible and went back for more hummus and warm pita after our entrees. Baklava was SO good!!

Just another average falafel sandwich, but it wasn't green, which was a bonus. The pita seemed fresh and really if it had more tzititi sauce, it could have been a bit better. The combo is $4.50 extra, but the fries served here are miserable thin fries with no seasoning or taste. Music inside was loud and not American, so sit outside near all the homeless losers for a better experience.
