We ordered large fries with our meal and this is what we received. When my husband went in to correct the order the worker refused to acknowledge the lack of fries. She told my husband she filled the order correctly... seriously wtf who steal fries and waste their time to go back in for "free fries"?!? We definitely will not return to McDonald's...

I don't eat McDonalds but my kids love it. I brought my 3 year old here today and it was wonderful service. I'm actually so surprised about the low star reviews on Yelp. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We went to order and the lady was very nice. I accidentally knocked my sons cup off the tray and onto the floor and the worker grabbed it for me and insisted on giving me a clean one that hadn't touched the floor. I had tons of stuff and my hand and another worker offered to carry my tray to our seat for us. The play place is awesome. I have never been to a McDonalds that had a separate seating area and play area from the "general dining" part of the restaurant. It was nice cause the kids could play and it wasn't bothersome to other people eating without kids. The play area was very clean and well maintained. Perfect for my 3 year old.Will definitely come back to this location.

The construction is still going on outside but the inside looks amazing! The construction crew's trucks and cars take up a majority of the spots, so you may have to park across the street. The inside of the restaurant is modern and CLEAN! Everything is still the same on the menu but the digital menus make it look much more enticing. The Redbox kiosk is gone but idk who really uses Redbox that often anymore. Let's talk abt the kids play area-UPGRADE! Yes, the play area is much smaller and doesn't have a slide. But it's clean and the area is adult accessible (accidents happen). The kids still played and didn't complain. Overall the remodel was well over due and I'm so glad they did it.

2 stars only because I work in the industry and I understand restaurants are making changes to handle the pandemic, plus I've never had any issues besides this one subject. But if you're going to close early, you need to change your freaking hours man. Countless times I've been to this location between 11:00pm and 11:59pm and have not gotten service. Like tonight for example. Just completely ignored.. And it doesn't help that there were cars in the parking lot and TWO GUYS IN UNIFORM STANDING OUTSIDE JUST TTTAAALLLKKKIIINNNGGG. Multiple people pulled around and tried to order but at no avail to get an order placed, they left. That's not only a negative review on your store, but profits lost to the company. Something tells me the corporate guys overhead wouldn't like to hear you're ignoring profits. But what do I know, I'm just a restaurant manager.Change the hours, or stay open during your advertised operating hours, its that easy guys.

I love this location. It's actually a bit farther than the one by my house but the service here is impeccable. Some of the workers already know I order pick up often and know how I like my frappe. The food is usually cooked to order but I understand it's not always the case as this is fast food. But nonetheless love it!

I've been coming here for almost a year almost every other day to pick up coffee and one sandwich. They never fail to screw something up. Today I placed my online order and was told when I arrived that it was not showing on their computers... I proceeded to show them my receipt on my phone and tell them well. I have the receipt here. Can you just make my order? They proceeded to tell me that they didn't have the order on their screen so they could not do my order even though I told them that it took the money out of my bank and I had a receipt. The lady that I spoke with first, staring at me in the eyes, like I'm an idiot and didn't even look at my receipt on my phone... After being refused my order three times I ask for a refund and was again told they did not have my order even though I was showing them my receipt where it showed paid as I will place below and didn't even look at my receipt on my phone after being refused my order three more times I asked for a refund and was again told they did not have my order even though I was showing them my bank account where it showed paid. Most of the crew there is really friendly.... But there is one manager ( if you ever go there, you know who I'm talking about... white shirt grey hair ) that has no customer service skills whatsoever. Literally, breakfast is the only time I go to fast food for coffee. Now I remember why I always went to Chick-fil-A for breakfast before they raise their prices so high you can't afford to eat there.

Whoever the manager on Sunday February 4th at lunch was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. First of all they need to learn how to communicate with customers. When we went to order the second lanes order was popping up on our screen. She kept taking the second lanes order and never came back to ours. When she did come back she asked for our order, I started and was very rudely cut off telling me to wait again. I couldn't see the order because the screens were messed up. We went to the window and paid, looked in the bag that was ripping that was just thrown at me. I kindly said "I'm sorry we are missing just one medium fry". The manager or whomever was taking the order rudely told me I ordered wrong. I had people in the car with me who also heard me order. I told her I would still like the fries even if she didn't have it on the receipt and gave her my credit card. She just threw the credit card back at me with zero apology. As a customer, I should never be treated this way. Completely uncalled for. Most likely will pick the McDonald's on 1488 next time because they are much much much nicer. I hope this lady ended up having a good day and not continuing to take her anger out on customers

This McDonalds has always been the worst fast food restaurant I've been too. The servers are so rude, and always mess up every order. The store is supposed to close at midnight. I got there at 11:15, and the doors are locked. Don't go here.

Literally the third time I've pulled up well before closing and all the lights are out, no one answers the window, and you can see all the employees sitting out in their cars. Very disappointing to be starving after a terrible day and you can't even get some McD's during their "business hours" 0/10 lost my business for good. Don't be surprised when this location closes down.

Terrible service. Very rude and the attitude isn't what min wage pays for. Never have a working system so I don't recommend this location. Also never get hot food and fries are low sodium lol as in none. Wish I could leave 0 stars
