McDonald's

Horrible service. Never come here if you're trying to get your food quick because they're gonna make you wait over 30 minutes. Rude employees and didn't try to help me and my family. Also customers that ordered after me got their food before me when I ordered before them and they kept saying we are working on it when they weren't. Very disappointed. Never wanted this long at a McDonalds

Wow! This is the worst McDonald's location I have been to. No customer service at all. Food was barely ordered and after 15 minutes all the food was made wrong. Manager has a bad attitude and speaking under her breath when asked for a refund. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Dining area is messy and staff are digging in trash to remove or lower trash rather than replace trash bag. She did not wash her hands and started handing out bagged food. Very disgusting.

On March 15th I patronized this fine establishment without any reservations, or appointments. Without any knowledge about who I was, they serviced me fine cuisine at a fair price. Also, without any knowledge as to my preferences, serviced me a very large order of orange juice. I can only equate this to their appreciation for the Imperial throne. (Though they never stated they recognized me, I was wearing a fine disguise) I can only hope that they continue this path of business practices for all. As orange juice is not only prevalent in this part of the country, but a healthy alternative to alcohol (a staple breakfast item that seems apparent to all in the valley of Phoenix).

Please note that this review is for the new McDonald's on West Jomax Road. This new location is "high tech" and encourages you to order using Kiosks. They have a small counter and someone will take your order, but it is not staffed like other "older" McDonald's. I personally prefer to order by speaking with a human. Call me old fashion. Anyway, I ordered my fillet of fish meal by speaking with a human but unfortunately she got my order wrong. Go figure. I get my order completed and was shocked that it was $14.00. I asked why a fillet of fish meal was so expensive, come to find out that the person taking my order gave me a double fillet. Yes, the sandwich was delicious, but didn't want to spend $14. For that price, I could have gone to Jersey Mikes :-). Last comment, my buddy and I chose to eat at Macs because we wanted to order their famous McRib. But..........they ran out only having it for about 2 weeks.

The worst of the worst. The latte is so watered down it's not even funny. The order was wrong - twice - and STILL had to correct it at the window. That's three separate times, so they struck out. Will never go there again. Period. Would be lower than 1 star if possible.

I go to McDonalds all the time on the way to work at least 3 times a week over on bell rd and Tatum blvd . Rarely do I go to this location and today I see why I don't go to this location or will I again . Service is really bad very unprofessional, it's dirty and very poor management... we must of waited in line for two ice creams at least 25 min . Employees would come out to deliver orders not knowing who had what , orders being wrong , food looking nasty .. how hard can it be to get two ice creams done right . A sundae and Mc flurry .. wife even came in to speak to management to let us know if it could be done or return the money and we go else where .. management had no clue on what to do . Never coming back to such an unpleasant , unprofessional establishment again .. I rather drive out of my way to a McDonald's than come here again !!!

Attention Store ManagerFlies everywhere I would hate to call the health department, please do something about the flies they were all over the front counter I can only imagine they are everywhere.

Placed an online order around 10:30 showed up at 10:55 and never received food we paid for.This location continues to produce below par food and service. Disappointing

Horible at 1:30 pm drive thru order # 1236 09/18 2023 bread and burger under heat lamp all hard! now i know why. Service down hill . Literally Trash ! Might as wel l dug it out of the Trash. This burger was sloppy! Might as well been made by a sloppy drunk. COMMON COURTESY AND RESPECT DEFINITELY OUT THE WINDOW ! TRIED TO GIVE TO MY DOG ! HE sniffed and passsed. LOL MADE ME LAUGH I NEEDED THAT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.

Just wanted to inform you that today at 7:00 am 12/26/22 we stopped by to get some breakfast and ordered the 2 for $4.50 egg and sausage, biscuit and egg and sausage Mc griddle and neither one came with egg just the sausage on each bun. I am not satisfied with the service at this place.
