McDonald's

So obviously the location isn't the best but Emmy daughter had a softball tournament at Desert West park this weekend and we went to grab a quick breakfast for our family. It's been a while since we had fresh, steamy, very good food from McDonald's. We were eating it in the car and my husband and I looked at each other and were shocked at how good the sausage egg McMuffins were! Due to my daughter playing travel softball we eat fast food breakfasts at least once during that weekend and it's been a while since McDonald's hit very good and man did this location delivered this morning! The hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside! Yum!

I come to this location two times a week. It's what you would expect from a McDonalds. It's not very clean bad service they get the order wrong. It's what you would expect. The only difference from this location is that it has a tractor trailer parking, so if you drive a big truck you'll have some parking at this location.

The Mcrib as expected was nasty, could not be chewed and was a waste of money. Lots of sauce, lots of onions and pickles, but the worst taste ever. Avoid and hope it gets disconnected from the menu. Why do people eat this?

If I could I wouldn't even give them a star. We went to McDonald's last night 10/25/2021 @11:26pm and got a quarter pounder and they served us raw patty!!!

I was hoping the reviews were wrong but that's clearly not the case. This place is horrible from top to bottom... during Covid the dining room was constantly being used by at least four employees taking breaks and eating. Now that the dining room is back open and everything is filthy, orders are incorrect and customer service is nonexistent. PASS!!!

Awful .... Horrible service stinks orders not right Food all confused. Bathroom a mess trash everywhere.

Ordered chicken sandwich. It was dry, pressed meat with 2 pickel slices. The bun was burned. Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life!!!!!!

Absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to employees parking in the front of the store for some reason they're not opening till five when there are tons of people in the parking lot waiting for them to open. This McDonald's is losing out on tons of money not only that the people working inside are extremely rude, I feel at this point the only reason this store is still open is because McDonald's has such a big name the store needs help immediately from corporate somebody get down here and honestly there's enough industrial around here to keep the store open 24 seven

Hospitality is a minimal, wised managers wouldn't cut off breakfast before breakfast time was over.

I went here last night to pick up an order and the outside was pitch black. The store didn't have any lights on the building and the parking lot did not either. I asked if they forgot to turn the lights on and was told that they have been out for a while now. She acted like it was no big deal. I mentioned that they might want to get them fixed because of the random people hanging around the cars at night and not being able to see where you are walking. Definitely don't feel safe going to this McDonald's at night and the employees didn't seem to care.
