McDonald's

Done with this location. Keep going back hoping it will get better. Spent 20 minutes past placing order waiting for food in a pull forward spot Never again. Seriously It was a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich.

They called me the next day and made it right. Thank you for hearing me out. I appreciate it.Update #2:Went bsck 2 days later for breakfast. They finally remembered the sauce but completely forgot one of my sandwiches. Is this only a problem with ordering from the app? Have not had an order be correct in months.

I have been to this location all the time. This is my first incident that I feel disappointed about. I ordered the large fries yesterday and I noticed they gave me a small fries when I got home. I went back to place a large fries today and I told them they gave me a small fries yesterday. I showed her a receipt letting them know what happened yesterday. The lady told me you should have said that yesterday not today instead of offering a sincere apology. I said I am not coming back to report a fries error once I got home. I just wanted to let you know what happened yesterday. She walked away.

This one is hard to get to when coming from the east on 85th. A right and left isn't always possible with traffic stacked up. The drive thru is too tight and curvy. I and the big SUV behind me both scraped our tires against the curb. The cashier said it was a known problem especially as the other drive thru lane had a broken microphone and can't take orders. Hope my tires don't blowout on me after this.

Terrible service, they didn't give me a receipt, they gave me a cup with a leak and it got on my pants, and they were being stuck up,

Ordered a cheeseburger and it was ready in 1 minute which means it was precooked. Bun was hard and dried out (actually tore my lip when biting into it bc bun was so hard). Burger was all dried out and the whole thing was luke warm. Nice people but terrible food! What is going on with McDonald's these days. Are they trying to have bad food on purpose?!

They called me a dumb ass and didnt go through with my order because of my accent and they couldn't understand me. They woman on the other line was a total B. Once I finally got to order (I had to physically go into the McDonald's) when I got my food, it was under cooked and bland. NEVER go here!

Have not been there in years. The food is horrible. It is half the size it is dry and it looks nothing. Like the beautiful pictures they post on their boards McDonald's is a rip off.

On my last 4 or 5 visits over the last 2 months, they forgot 2 orders of fries on 2 of my visits. Got home both times and the sandwiches and nuggets were there, along with the sauces, but no fries. How frustrating!!! This place needs some major improvement. Gave them a chance after many screw ups over the years and will NEVER come back to the location, and probably another McDonald's

I cannot tell if this is a recent occurrence or not, but on 3 separate occasions, my order has been messed up with either missing, incorrect, or improperly prepared items. Today, I even ordered a milkshake, and when I got to the window, they told me the machine was broken, and then proceeded to give me what their broken machine had produced, without taking it off the price. It looked nothing like what I ordered, just ice cream and a multitude of syrups in a cup. So far, in every single instance, regardless of the time of day, the same employee was involved, and they don't seem to care that they are messing up peoples' orders. I don't think anyone really reads McDonald's reviews, but hopefully, someone will fix this.EDIT: After taking a look, my entire order was wrong.
