McDonald's

I'm a regular at this place, I always come to get my coffee and a small breakfast meal. I went thru the drive thru and let the cashier know to please not hate me because I am paying in coins. She looked at me with disgust and was at that moment I was so embarrassed. I ended up paying the rest on my card to ease the situation, because at one point she asked me are you sure( also while making it a big deal that she would have to count $5 in quarters, dimes, nickels). I won't be coming back.

The fine young gentleman who had the audacity to say "hey ladiessss" as my husband and I pulled up to the window should get a raise. Will be back

I don't expect too much from McDonald's, but I've been to some locations with poor service and always messing up on orders. I was in the area, so decided to stop by here and try the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich. There were about 5 cars in the drive-thru, but it moved pretty quickly. The person taking the order sounded friendly. The person at the window taking my payment didn't say a word, didn't even repeat my total. At least my order was correct. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good, and the fries were actually not limp and soggy, although I still threw them in the air fryer when I got home. It's been a while since I've ordered a meal from McDonald's, so I didn't know they give you the small fries with the meal. I like lots of fries.

Made a mobile order 30 minutes before closing and arrived 20 minutes before closing. I waited at the speakerphone for 10 minutes - nobody answered. Had to knock on the door to get their attention. They manager came out and said they had turned everything off and couldn't refund me... she told me to call the 1800 number lol. Ridicules customer service like are you kidding me??!!!

I don't expect high quality but geez... today I got a McDouble. It was pretty much a plain McDouble even though I didn't order it plain The ketchup was so light you can't taste it. No mustard The two patties where dry and chewy. I don't usually fuss about McDonald's cuz well... it's McDonald's ‍But this is nasty

Every McDonald's is just about the same but this one was very fast and quick even though my food wasn't ready they asked me to pull around to a reserved spot and they even gave me a free card for a cone or dessert on my next stop in because my daughters happy meal wasn't ready within 60 seconds of us ordering it. That's really good customer service if you're asking me. I only knocked it down to star because they gave me some flack about asking for extra sauce. I ordered one large fry, and a chicken nugget happy meal. They gave me one sauce for all of that. I think that warrants more than 1. Covid protocols seem to be followed.

Aweful. My burger was raw. The fries were stale. Only good part of the meal was the Cola. It was my fault for coming here.

It's a McDonalds. So if you're expecting magic, don't. I go here like once a day, because annualized it's about $1000 bucks a year vs the Same $5000 I'd spend at a Starbucks for coffee and a Diet Coke. At a buck each, for Diet Coke, ice tea or coffee, it's impossible to beat. This one seems to manage keep employees, maintain service and keep their people happy in spite of $15.00 min wages and high industry turn over. I like that this one has moved to compostable straws. Oh the apple and strawberry pies are great

The food is amazing... well when they get your order right. We have to check every time to make sure that our order is right because it has gotten messed up so many times. This is definitely a family place. Great place to bring your kids!
