I'm giving them 4 stars because the food was fresh and hot, and the drive thru team was polite and friendly. But you can imagine my surprise and disappointment when I found only 1/2 a cheese slice on my filet o'fish. Not sure what happened there, but if it was because they had a shortage of cheese, I'm grateful for 1/2 a slice instead of no cheese at all.

Ordered ahead with the app and went to pick up in store. Waited over 20 minutes and got a messed up order. The front took their sweet time putting orders together. They acted like they had all the time in the world. What is the point of ordering ahead?

Even though this McDonald's is in a rich peoples neighborhood, they are so ghetto! They all have attitudes and act as if everything you're doing is a bother. Like they don't get paid their rate to do my bidding. They hold on to sauce like their life depends on it. What are they?! The guardians of the galaxy?!! And then there's this humongous lady who is ever so rude. Do better. And don't let them find out you're doordashing, they'll mess up your order and you'll be eating somebody else's Burger King deer ankles.

We visited today and were horrified when my son pulled out a nugget that had two visible bite marks on it. We tried to give them benefit of the doubt and see if there was some way that it was torn but no. It had very clearly been bitten twice. I really don't even have words to describe how disgusted we all were with this situation. I attempted to reach out via their contact us but continuously got errors. It's pretty bad when even young children say that they are done with McDonalds because of how sickened they were by this. I do not recommend this location and honestly, will likely not visit any others based on how difficult they've made it to share my concerns with them via corporate.

Your staff that makes the food and brings it to curbside as well as your manager has been giving your customers not their whole orders. They don't know how to read the order sheet and they argue with the customers. They can't read it at all they don't understand the using points. I used my points for a free quarter pounder then paid for a extra it says it on the ticket they only gave me one I called for 10 minutes nobody answered so I went inside and the lady I guess the manager argued saying I paid $1.50 for the patty those cost way more than $1.50 I paid a extra after points. Then she said the extra patty was the chicken sandwich. Please retrain your staff this is ridiculous. You are the second location with incompetent staff.

Broski at the window that gave me the order 6/25/23 around 3:10-3:20 practically tossed me the bag full of food and said nothing at all. I had to look in the bag before I left to make sure it was everything. Super rude lolAlso asked for two sweet and sour and two barbecue sauces and got nothing :)

I don't like the service because I used to work at McDonald's do you know why I give it a one star because they would tell you 2 time to leave out the store and I don't feel safe. I always think McDonald have respect of the customer. It doesn't matter what time they get in all way treat the customer better they use no glove at midnight. If people order fries I was upset but I won't argue or fight with them. If anyone sees us they service is real bad they were talking all day. If a customer is eating, they should take their time no rush or they waiting for a car service to pick him up but they told him to leave because they want to close and go home they will lose consumers. I'm sorry to say that have a wonderful day and God bless you.
