It's honestly my fault for even coming here. I was expecting terrible cold food and old food with a bunch of teenagers working but I wasn't anticipating how rude and careless they are and how they are just playing around at night. I would stay away from this location all together if you care about not your health but your food being sanitary.

Horrible service the employees always get my order way wrong and when they get it right there is always a hair in it. I waited twenty minutes for my food and ended up getting they wrong order of happy meals I ordered it with extra fries and they gave me the extra fries but instead of a toy and got apples wish I could rate 0 stars

this location.... TRASH.... employees.... TRASH LMFAOOO they literally had us and sooo many others waiting in the lobby for OVER 40 mins for MOBILE ORDERS that should've been done, but instead they're prioritizing drive thru and not coming to the register to save their ass. HORRIBLE manager she really should be fired since she loves getting in peoples face, but she got in the right ones face tonight and i definitely was not gonna let that slide. EVERYONE IN THIS LOCATION IS DISRESPECTFUL AND probably did some shit to the food because they wanna be petty, ignoring customers when they're being spoken to, having smart comments to say and then acting like it's funny. everyone gets what they have coming right?

Ordered a McGiddle sat down at the only booth opened Very dirty table eating the last bite of my sandwich discovered a 12" hair in it almost puked. Paid $6.72 they refunded me $4.62 very disappointing!!!John 602-402-9650

My lady and I decided to have a quick bite to eat and went to this McDonald's on 59th Ave and Bethany home. Well we got home and I started eating my burger when I looked down and noticed it was raw. The customer service was great just not the quality of work

Ice cold fries, ice cold nuggets wasn't even that long a wait so it seems like they just gave me what had already been sitting there for a long period of time

This is possibly the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. That is saying a lot. Not sure how many hundreds of nuggets they drop at a time and sit under a heat lamp but they were cold inside and crusty AF on the outside. They did not bother to include ANY sauces. The burgers were made wrong. Had to sit at the window when we realized there was no sauce for 2 and a half minutes before someone came back (and tried to hand us the food for the customer in line behind us. Trash, trash, trash all around in every way. At least they did not piss in it. Pretty sure....

This place is bad - wait forever in both inside and the drive thru . I think most of it started during the pandemic and now no one wants to work for a living anymore . I went to get a few value items for the grandkid - medium fries - hamburger plain and 8 chicken nuggets - $10 dollars

Worst location in Arizona half the kids working night are rude and just playing around while people wait in line for drive thru manager needs to do a better job at improving there employees its a fast food but yet got people waiting for their food for 30 minutes how is it a fast food nothing but kids working poor management u see kids without uniform walking around as well. Food quality isn't all that great. Definitely last time ill be coming to this location. Cant even get orders correctly. Management needs to do a better job of running that location

I am 40 years old and this is by far the most shittiest McDonald's i have ever been too. The parking lot sucks, the wait always takes FOREVER and they never EVER get my order correct. Your better off eating at the nasty circle k across the street.
