I don't LIKE posting negative reviews. If you're desperate, this location will do. But I just ordered a McFlurry and it's halfway full. Pictures for evidence. Disappointed. McFlurry's are pricey and then to hardly get any? This should have been free. The remodel is nice. The service seemed to get better, but honestly how do you overlook such a bad serving???

Although the restaurant has been newly renovated inside the place is dirty. They do have a play area for children. But the wait for food is long. As with all fast food it looks slapped together.

I will never go back to this location! I wanted a couple of Frappes for the road. After sitting in a long line, I got to the window and saw a mark over the Frappes picture. I asked: "Are you out of your Frappes?" The lady working the drive thru answered."No." I got excited! "Oh, good! Can I please get a large Mocha Frappe and a large caramel Frappe?" She yelled: "NO! I SAID NO!" I was seriously taken aback. I tried to order something else, but all she would say was, "No." So I left. Why bother opening if you're not going to sell anything? Also, whoever was working that window, needs to be removed, quick!

Walk in, employees on their phones and ignoring customers, very slow service, do not recommend. The lobby smelled like garbage and was dirty.

They are getting better with getting orders correct. The last visit, everything was correct and they hand you a tray with your food on it. The girl taking the order was very nice and pleasant. Maybe they have been trained again?

I asked for no cheese. The employee taking the order repeated it back to me correctly, the employee taking the payment repeated it back correctly, and on the outside of the burger it even is noted "NO AMERICAN CHEESE". And of course I open my burger and there's cheese on it. So disappointed.

Change your hours if you're not gonna let people in til 7 when the door says 6. crazy

Not sure what is going on on 8/20/21 at 10:30 pm. But this restaurant is the worst. We have been here for over 30 minutes for a #1 meal. Unreal. Horrible. I agree this is the worst mckyD's in Cypress.

Well...fuck. I thought I was walking into McDonalds, but the floor resembled a melted ice rink. After nearly snapping my femur, I finally made my way to the kiosk that takes my order (because that will avoid any confusion with the scholars that work there). Thankfully my order was correct but the mini cheeseburger I order sucked...Whata shocker. I asked for ketchup and the scholar with the sick neck tattoo (which he/she will later regret in life) just nonchalantly pointed to the ketchup barrier, that was hidden behind the plastic Covid barrier. I should have snatched the tangy bbq packets that they charge money for. But I was a good person and only took the ketchup and like anyone else, just talked shit to the neck tat thing in my own head. Fml

This is what you get when you order food here. Raw cold meat! No drink and rude employees!!
