McDonald's

The service continues to be worse than before. I made a minor mistake when I ordered because the numbers/names are not matching the pictures, and I could hear the lady commenting on her frustration. I told her, " You can cancel my order." I went to Taco Bell and got a " How are you today" and " Order when you ready." I feel they behave like this because management encourages this. Ridiculous.

The automated system here is terrible. My payment at the kiosk has been rejected the last three times I have been here and still need to go to the counter. No more - I will not patronize this location after 20+ years.

I understand it's fast food but this is beyond low. Three time in one week and all three times a major issue. Pictured: why do we only have half a piece of cheese falling off the edge of a fish sandwich?s seriously? At some point the cheese slotted is so scarce that it's next level impressive to miss like that. Two days ago we came by for breakfast and literally had the top of and egg McMuffin on the bottom and flipped over with what looked like a bite out of it... I know it's fast food but this is next level unacceptable for any food service

BUYER BEWARE!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I ordered 2 plain hamburgers, 2 large fries, and one 10 piece chicken nuggets (no meals, no drinks). They charged me $18.22 !!!!! Should have been 11 or 12 bucks. WTF??? And when I opened the box of nuggets, there were only 8! Seriously?????

This location gave me food poisoning. Avoid!! Ordered a sausage McGriddle, it's a pork patty, and sure enough I turn up with food poisoning 24 hours later, in the ER after 48.

I went here about a week ago and ordered at the drive thru. The man working could not understand me . I speak English as a first language. Never had this problem before. When I came to the window to pay, I was waiting for my receipt and he closed the window , kept waiting and he opened the window, screamed in my face, slammed the crumpled receipt in my hand and slammed window shut! WTF? Done with this restaurant!!

Traveling home from Surf City and we were starving. Decided not give this McDonald's a try even though the Yelp reviews weren't good. Idk why the reviews aren't good bc I was very impressed! Great service and it was the best McDonald's food I've had in years!! The fries were hot and crispy and our burgers were great!! Highly recommend!!

Don't call it fast food if I have to wait 30 min for my order. Also Overheard several customers say their orders were wrong. I've never experienced a McDonalds like this.

Ever since I was a kid this place was great, lived in the area for 24 yrs. Unfortunately the food quality has taken a sharp decline. Service is the same as usual, but it seems like the only thing I can order that tastes like it should is a McChicken, and usually those aren't as good as they should be. The sauces have been tasting strange and the meat doesn't have the signature McDonald's flavor like other branches. Not sure if this is just me, but I can't recommend this McDonald's, goto the one in Issaquah or Crossroads.

Don't usually eat McDonald's and wouldn't ever feel the need to check the reviews because, you know, it's McDonald's. But after going here to get 1 single order of fries and 1 single hot fudge sundae and being charged $8.24 I wanted to pile on about this ripoff.If this will help keep 1 single person from going to this location it will be worth it.
