McArthur's

I brought my family to the Biltmore for a staycation and encountered some AMAZING servers who were truly special. Jodi in McArthur's was absolutely fantastic. Jodi Is a fantastic server, she was witty, fun, and made our dining experience a five star experience. Jodi took the time to get to know us & made our experience even better, she knew we wanted to see the drone show and came to get us so we could see the end of the show, very special. Missy at the Paradise pool also had a great attitude and elevated our experience while on property.

Gee they are slow, but they sure are expensive to make up for it.Dinner for 5 a few nights ago. The 3 we picked up at the airport were tired and hungry.I guess the prices are reasonable for the Biltmore compared to the other restaurants, but it's still a bit of a shocker.It must've take 45 minutes to get our dinner, and the place was maybe 25% full. You know it's bad when the waitress apologizes. They could have offered a free refill on our beverages to help pass the time, but no sign of our waitress until the food came out.The food was actually pretty good - nice crust on the pizzas, and my crunchy chicken salad was pretty tasty, though pedestrian. My wife's steak pizza was pretty good - their crusts are nicely done.Nice bar atmosphere with foosball tables, etc.

We were hungry and had about 30 minutes to spare before the Biltmore History Tour. I asked the host if they could accommodate a quick meal and he said definitely! We shared an order of Fish Tacos and they were nice enough to plate them separately for us. The tacos looked really good and had a lot of great components. I do think that something was missing...maybe a bit more sauce to pull away from the dryness. The fish was cooked perfectly however. Our server quickly brought our check and we were able to get to our tour early. The full menu looked really good so I'd definitely want to give McArthur's another try.

McArthur's is a beautiful restaurant off the lobby of the Arizona Biltmore. They have really nice outdoor space, but on a Saturday night at the end of June that was not an option. We had reservations and were promptly seated, our drink order taken quickly, and followed soon after by our food order. I ordered the Asian salad and added (for an upcharge) grilled chicken. While the salad was delicious, it was more the size of a side salad than an entree salad, but with a well above an entree salad price tag. If you can stomach the prices and are staying at the Biltmore, you'll have a good meal, but it's not somewhere I'd go otherwise.

Was staying at the Biltmore so naturally had to check it out. The prickly pear Marg was a major standout along with the espresso martini. I loved the presentation of the cactus cooler, and it was also a delicious drink. In comparison to my drinks at the outdoor bar I much preferred the ones here. Bartenders were awesome super friendly and made great drinks - the quality of cocktail you'd expect for such a high end hotel. For food I tried the fish tacos, fries, margarita pizza, and Buffalo wings. Pizza was a standout as recommended by our bartender - I ate the whole thing. I'll be back at the Biltmore for an event in December and am already looking forward to ordering the prickly pear Marg and Pizza again - and trying more menu items!

The service at McArthur's met my expectations. The food selection was diverse enough to please a crowd, but the combined cost of meal and drink is a bit pricey for the quality and portion size. The venue is nestled in the beautiful Arizona Biltmore featuring Frank Lloyd Wright architectural influences with a chill vibe. I'm happy I experienced it, but my next meal will be somewhere off venue.

Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and enjoy the breakfast several times. Great friendly service/staff. They always recommended great dishes from the menu. Pictured are the lemon blueberry pancakes and burrito. Both were amazingly delicious. On other days we tried the huevos rancheros and the breakfast sandwich which were both delicious. My favorite was the huevos rancheros. Great coffee as well. Ask for the vanilla syrup!

It was a nice brunch. A tad expensive but par for the course for the Biltmore. All the food was extremely fresh and well presented. Service was appropriate. A very nice selection of tea and something for everyone on the brunch menu. The dining room was bright and simple, able to accommodate all sizes of groups.

Standing strong at 3 stars for me. Service was fine, the ambiance is nice, especially outside. However, the food is not worth the price. Our dishes were lacking in portion size and in flavor. The breakfast burrito was mid-tier at best, I could get a more flavorful better burrito for 1/3 of the price a few blocks away. The waffle comes with one waffle for over 20$ and no fancy extras or frills. It's okay for room service or if you're staying at the hotel and don't want to leave, but otherwise, the food is not worth the price.

The food was good and great hospitality. We like steak truffle pizza and lobster Mac n cheese. We usually don't expect much from the restaurant at hotel. McArthur is great and they open all day.
