Nice clean little place in an unassuming strip mall. Great menu selection. Not too big so they can make it perfect. I highly recommend the vegetarian plate. It was delicious.

Falafel- Amazing, light fluffy and not greasyChicken shawarma- also amazing and probably will return only for the chicken shawarma and falafelThe rice was good kind of bland and same thing for their garlic sauce, flavor is on the lighter side. The chicken kebab was a little bit rubbery, and I felt like it was dark meat. And the Kafta kabob was alright just not the flavor profile I was looking for (spices used in the meat) . All in all the place uses good quality items just needs a little perfecting.

I recently discovered a hidden gem in Elk Grove Village, located conveniently off of Biesterfield and Meacham Road. This place offers an amazing lunch special for just $9.99, featuring three types of plates: the Sherman plate, chicken plate, and a vegetarian plate. The hot sauce had the perfect amount of spice, and I would rate it an eight out of 10. The garlic sauce was absolutely delightful and deserves a perfect 10 out of 10, while the tahini sauce was a solid nine out of 10. The portions were so generous that I had enough food for two meals. This deal is definitely a win! I highly recommend checking it out, especially because the gentleman who served us provided excellent recommendations. Additionally, they offer catering and host parties for larger groups. The food was served hot and fresh, and the pita was incredibly soft. Their chicken Shawarma and vegetarian plate each earned a perfect score of 10 out of 10. I urge everyone to support this small business.

My husband and I stopped at MazMez Middle Eastern Grill to get a pickup order. Ordering online was pretty easy, and our food was ready when we got there. The food was warm when we got to our friend's house. The food was pretty good but does not taste very different from other similar restaurants. The children even liked the food. They were eating the hummus right along with the adults. I recommend MazMez Middle Eastern Grill for the entire family.

MazMez Middle Eastern Grill is a hidden gem tucked in the strip mall across from Home Depot. The menu is extensive with many choices in all categories. All meat is halal but bland tasting. The hummus was very smooth and with an unadulterated original flavor! The falafels that came on the platter were the BEST TASTING FALAFEL IN THE AREA! They were fluffy, light, not a bit greasy, and fried with a perfect crust! We ordered the combination platter which had a generous portion of all the variety of (4) meats they have on the menu. It also included a salad, rice, pita and pickle items. Everything was made to order however the meat lacked flavor as there wasn't enough seasoning. They also have 3 sauce choices; tahini, hot and garlic (toum). These were nice accompaniments to accentuate the meats. We also ordered the baklava variety tin. The baklava is from Nazareth Bakery in Chicago and was very good. They also offer lunch special options that are very economically priced. They have a separate dining area that is very quiet and comfortable. Service is good.

I love the food here! We especially love dining here at lunchtime! There are two great lunch specials. I had the vegetable special and my husband had the meat combo. They are both very filling and tasty! I highly recommend dining here when your hungry! The food is delicious and very filling! My favorite sauce is the one with Tahini.. it taste great mixed in the rice! The restaurant is a storefront with several tables to dine at inside. There is a free water dispensing machine in the dining room as well. If you love sweets you will love the baklava! Stop in and give this place a try! You will love it!

This place has been hanging in there for the last several years. I've seen a lot of turnover in this location, but I'm happy they're surviving. I ate hear a few years ago, but this was my first time back. Their food is very authentic tasting. I can't really describe why, but it reminds me of some of the Lebanese restaurants around the Detroit area. There is a large Arab population up there, and they offer a lot of this type of food. Maybe it's whatever spices they use, that evoke this thought.I spontaneously decided to get takeout here as I was driving (and hungry). There was about a 12 minute wait for my food, which I expected and didn't mind at all to get a nice fresh meal. If I planned it, I'd have order ahead. They do have an adequate dining area, but I think most of their orders are pick-up.I had a beef shawarma plate, a small side of falafel, and some hummus. Everything was delicious. For some reason, I enjoy watching them load up your plate in front of you with all the little pickles, sauces, and salad items. I will be back here again. This is real and tasty Arab food.

We always get lunch from here vegetarian or non vegetarian. The food is amazing , fresh and not pricey. Definitely recommend this place.. The CEO of behavioral health care will buy lunch for us from here every time we have a staff meeting and we never say no.

Delishhh. Got the beef shawarma and wife got the mixed grill. Everyone enjoyed their food and it tasted fresh! Def recommend.

Not tasty. I think it's good place but it's ordinary. Shawarma should be juicy, grilled and tasty but it's ordinary food
