Hmmmmm, fresh tortillas like at my house, but less work!

Would not recommend this restaurant. The Chili Colorado was odd and didn't taste very good. The sauce was way too thin. Either watered down or just not made right and didn't taste like they used the right chilies. My husband ordered a draft Pacifico...he took one drink and said there's something wrong with that, it doesn't taste right. He drinks that beer everywhere he goes so he knows what it's supposed to taste like. We told the waiter...there's something wrong with that beer, and he didn't want to drink it. The waiter didn't seem to care and still charged us for it. We left it sitting on the table which is a first ever for us... and took the $8 he charged us for the beer... off his tip.

Ordered pickup order, got to the store, added another item to my order, left a $10 tip and of course they forgot part of my order. Didn't realize until I was gone. Really guys? Hopefully the tip goes to gas for the cooks so they can get home and sleep, so they are awake enough tmrw to not kcuf up someone else's order.

I used to come to this restaurant as a child! 20+ years later and it's still delicious! I was worried about the low stars and bad reviews but when we drove by we had to stop! I'm a vegetarian and so is my daughter we loved the options! My picky teen had the veggie burrito ITS GIANT! I had the two cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. Both were very flavorful and filling. The veggie burrito was so good. We will definitely be back.

I haven't been to Mazatlan Restaurant in over 20 years, from the looks of things, no one else has either. On a Wednesday evening, the place was empty. One guy sitting at the bar. The food was lackluster, fajitas came without pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. Tortillas were house made and the highlight of the dish. We ordered an appetizer, never came. Ordered a spicy margarita, got a weak non-spicy one. To their credit, they made a new one. Not much different from the first one. Language might be the barrier to the issues, don't know.

I don't understand the low score. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is nice. Food tasted great. Good sauce and loaded with chicken. I got the lunch special of enchiladas a la crema and it was great. The jalapeño margarita had amazing spice!

I don't understand the lack of consistency with Mazatlan restaurants the one in Bonney Lake is probably my favorite Mexican restaurant there is. Came to the one in Renton yesterday because the place I usually go didn't open until noon. Salsa was like water. The rice had a funny smell to it. Left a $5 tip came to $33. You can go to La Fuente up the hill and get the same thing for $8.95 at Mazatlan it's $17.99. Okay to be fair Mazatlan was 3 enchiladas La Fuente is two so you're basically spending $10 for an extra enchilada. Was not impressed I don't know why the one in Bonney Lake is so damn good and all the other ones that I have been to suck. I gave two stars because the waitress was really nice and cute and had a nice booty. But I think I'll stick with La Fuente for literally half the price.

Service was atrocious. We had to find a server to take our order then go looking to get the check at the end. Food was so-so. Got chicken fajitas and had to dig through a ton of onions and tomatoes to find some chicken.
