Maskadores Taco Shop Buckeye

Tried the green chile burrito, they said it was really spicy and I needed to be aware of that. I said it was fine, and I wanted it anyways, I got salsa and went to eat it, turns out it was NOT spicy, in fact it didn't even have good flavor. Needless to say I will not be back. However, the one good note I have is that the customer service was decent.

Fantastic little shop that you would not expect to be great. It's inside a gas station. I love it when you discover a hidden gem like this. I went simple and tried the crunchy tacos. They were delicious, felt like I was at a family cookout.

Well, this was a surprise! We went for gas and to use the restroom on a trip to Palm Springs and wound up with an amazing Mexican meal. It's inside the gas station so no, the ambience is not going to sell you but it's clean and the food was absolutely terrific. Service was prompt and friendly - no frills.The burrito we got was stuffed to the gills with rice and beans and meat and pico. We also had a couple of the pastor tacos and they were great. There is a lot more on the menu but given that we weren't really planning to eat, we didn't try more. I'll be honest, this is a really long way from where I live and I wouldn't go there just to eat there BUT, I will definitely put it into my route planner for anytime that I am in that area. It's that good.

This is one of a chain of taco restaurants around Phoenix. This one is in a Chevron gas station in Buckeye. It's counter service, but there is a surprisingly nice seating area, and you can buy any beverage you like in the adjacent convenience store.The Pastor Street Tacos were excellent. As with all of the menu items, you can select your toppings (we chose onions and cilantro) and add any sauce you like from a salsa bar (the green sauce is quite good). The four tacos came with generous servings of rice and black beans.We also tried the Barbacoa Wet Burrito with red sauce. It was stuffed with rice and beans, and we added onions, cilantro, and guacamole. It was also quite good, and authentically spicy, even without adding hot sauce.Everything is made to order, so it takes a few minutes, but the service is friendly.

I've ordered from here a couple times.Food is delicious. Not sure about reviews that state otherwise. It's a walk-in place located inside the Chevron convenience mart.The ladies behind the counter are really nice and they get orders out quick.One thing I will say is that if the salsa at the little salsa bar says "hot", trust me, it's hot! :-)

Don't be discouraged to try this place! Yes, it's located in a gas station but, the food was delicious. They have a little dining room, too. They offer a salsa bar with some tasty options for those that love some heat!The staff was very pleasant and the service was great! Enjoyed every bite! Worth the stop!!

Best breakfast burritos! Located inside the gas station shop, this taco shop has a simple menu of basic street tacos and breakfast burritos made with fresh delicious tortillas! They have desserts like tres leches cake packaged to go for you sweet tooth too.

This place is disgusting, food has no flavor no color. Noticed that it's not a clean place. I threw the food away once I got home. I know how this place it's even allowed to sale food.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Phoenix based on reviews. They were right!!! The food was great. The ladies behind the counter were nice and accommodating and got the order out quickly. Great place - don't miss it!!
