The buffet was ready at 11:30 as advertised. The food was average.... What you would expect at a buffet: Tandori chicken, goat meat, Dahl, lentils with cheese. They had naan on my table when I returned from the buffet so that was a plus but I am not sure it was freshly made since it was cold. There was nothing special about this buffet. What you see is what you get.The dining area has a window into the kitchen so if I wanted to, I could have seen what was going on in the kitchen. The outer windows open for nice days. The temperature started to heat up so they closed the windows. The parking is metered on the street. It was ok if I were in a pinch I would return.

Beautiful place, with good service and rather good prices for the (overpriced) area, and the 11pm closing time is quite a miracle in these post-pandemic times when everybody seems to close at some ungodly hour like 9pm. Actual food however is hit-and-miss. They are strangely timid with the spices, in fact if you order something "mild" as my friend did, it was absolutely bland, on par with Whole Foods' hot bar blandness or (if you can believe it) even MORE bland! I ordered my lamb vindaloo "medium" and while it had a decent amount of meat (lamb and goat dishes at Indian restaurants are often stingy with the amount of meat you actually get) tasted even milder than "mild" vindaloo ordered at other local places, with the dominant flavor being TOMATO sauce...just mind-boggling! In addition to being pseudo-Indian, want to add that I have had real Nepalese food before, and this is not it either. The best thing we had there was the naan. Tried "Peshawar naan" which I had never seen anywhere before and it was delicious, although it really belongs on the dessert menu because it's so sweet, and would not go well with any savory entrees. (Well, I should say "savory" with quotes around it, because they are so utterly lacking in saltiness or spiciness...SMDH)I plan to come back to try their buffet sometime, and will update this review if there is any improvement. But right now I would say that this is several levels below our favorite Indian place in the area, Guru The Caterer, as well as old time favorite Punjaba Dhabi and (if a nicer environment is desired) India Paviliion. There was no lack of customers when we went, which I'm guessing is due to the very pleasant ambience and who knows, maybe the blandness appeals to the local clientele which appeared to be predominantly NOT of South Indian extraction. In a nutshell: nice place if you are a spice wimp and like your Indian food bland, i.e. sweet and creamy rather than fiery and spicy.

I went to the buffet today and food was below average That would be okay if the service was good. From the time we sat down which was an hour before buffet ends, we were rushed through. They took away the food at 3:30pm which was half hour before buffet ends. All the servers eyeing our table so we could leave. Please don't have the place open if you want to rush the customers. Ambience was stressful with a toddler who was restless. I really use to like this place, not sure what happened, Disappointed !!

I recently visited Masala for their all-you-can-eat Indian buffet, and it was an absolute delight! The variety of Indian food options they offer is impressive - from flavorful tikka masala to creamy palak paneer, delicious garlic naan, succulent tandoori chicken, okra, and more! Their weekday lunch specials from 11 am to 3 pm for $14.95 per person are a steal. The ambiance was calming, with soothing Indian music playing in the background. I particularly enjoyed sitting by the window, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The customer service was top-notch, with attentive staff catering to our needs. I can't wait to come back for another fantastic dining experience at Masala!

Food was great. One issue is that on the website's online ordering page, once you complete the order and get the confirmation number, there's a bit of a panic because the map shows the address in the wrong place. They need to find out how to fix this because I panicked I bought food 4 hours away.

Solid spot for Indian food! I went for the lunch buffet and everything was really good. It was pretty full but didn't have to wait on a Sunday afternoon. My favorites were the dal makhani and the chicken tandoori. FYI- you can't order off the menu at lunch time, it's just the buffet, but they had a good selection. Would go again!

Great Indian food added to the rotation. Similar cost and distance as Spice Delight for us. Chicken tikka masala, daal makhani, palak paneer, mutter paneer, samosas, garlic naan all warm and tasty.

I liked every dish ordered: got a butter chicken and a tikka, both were very good - the mango chutney was great too.

So happy to have this place in the neighborhood! The menu is extensive and I've enjoyed everything I've had, especially the baingan bharta. The chili momos are yummy and the lentil soup is perfect for when you're feeling under the weather. The aloo paratha is bomb, as are the classic tikka masala and garlic naan. I especially love the rewards system that has allowed me to discount some meals because we eat there regularly!

The chicken tikka masala was very good which is why I'm giving it three stars. However this was the Worst Chicken Tikka I've ever had. There was no "Indian" in the tikka . There was no "tikka" in the tikka. It tasted like chunks of plain chicken, marinated with some salt and broiled for 10 minutes in an oven.
