Marufuku Ramen

We always have a fantastic time here. Malina was great today - next level service, definitely deserves a raise.We look forward to coming back!

We had high expectations for this ramen shop but was a little disappointed. It's located inside the sky deck at One Paseo. It's like a fancy food court with night club music. The service was great, but the food was just ok. The ramen was good, but the chicken on a sizzling platter was disappointing. It was dry and hard and had been over marinated in a soy/hoisin type sauce over a bed of salty onions. It actually did not compliment the chicken ramen. The boiled egg was cooked perfectly except it was not a seasoned egg. The broth was tasty but too salty for my taste. The tonkotsu ramen was good but the chashu was too marinated for our liking. Everything is on the pricier side here also

Hakata Tongkatsu dx ramen - free parking lot- DJ playing music in food court- Service was okay- delicious Japanese ramen. Ruch flavored broth, and thin ramen noodles.

I'm so glad we have a Marufuku down in San Diego because this was definitely one of my favorite ramen spots in the bay area! This one is located inside of the Sky Deck building which is a really cool space with several restaurants inside. The aesthetic here is very nice and the space for Marufuku is quite big. We went during opening for lunch and were seated immediately. We shared the Hakata Tonkatsu and the Chicken Paitan DX. We had to get the Chicken DX because of the chicken leg that it comes with served on a sizzling hot plate. The chicken leg is really flavorful and worth getting if you arrive early (limit 15 per day, not sure if that includes dinner service). The Chicken Paitan ramen itself has a slightly lighter broth than the tonkotsu. Still tons of flavor! The Hakata Tonkatsu is probably the best version of tonkotsu I've had. It's not overly rich and still has some lightness to it. You really can't go wrong with other one!

Ramen is one of my most ordered dishes locally and every state I visit. This ramen here at Marufuku is one of the best I have ever had! The flavor is unrivaled! The depth is incredible and very deep! I wish I had more descriptors because it is a flavor of dreams! The paitan ramen is a must order, it has whatever topping you would like. We had eggs, the most tender and flavorful chicken, bean sprouts, fish cake and green onions! May I use the description "WOW"! Love the spicy ramen as well! We also ordered sides, I do recommend the chicken kaarage! The gyoza was also nice. The service was quick and the ambience of the Delmar Skydeck is really something to see and enjoy! Unique, cool, interesting and provides a mood elevation! This place is a must try and can't wait to return! Ramen craving for sure!

Little one loved this place! Great broth and lots of veggies. The wifey totally agreed. I had the Marufuku bites with tofu. Outstanding! Short wait for Saturday at 8pm. Very reasonable pricing. Located in cool food hall. I would for sure come back Voted with family and have 5 stars.

We've been here many times, and the ramen is always delicious. Jocelyn is very kind and cute. We definitely come back!

The food was great! We ordered the hakata ramen and some gyoza. Spice levels were great and ramen was flavorful! Our server Ling was super quick and attentive! Got seated right away!

Amazing food . Great service and the ambiance always great ! I enjoy stopping there when the weather is chilly but when it's sunny and your hungry marafuku never disappoints
