Went to dinner to try this place out. My friend wanted a side salad as an appetizer but the server seemed confused what a side dinner salad was.He ordered a fancy salad and the filet mignon. I ordered the cod fish and chips. The server came by to clear the salad bowl and I asked if service was generally this slow to get food. She said it's normal considering the time of day. It was a Tueday at 7pm, but the restaurant wasn't even busy. After about 30 minutes, the server says our food will be out in a minute. About 10 more minutes the food was delivered by someone else. The server comes over and says it took longer because the fish got cold so they had to remake it. My friend put a pat of garlic butter on his steak and it wasn't melting so his steak was obviously not hot. My fish was fine, nothing exciting. The chips were dry and barely warm and were small broken pieces. The coleslaw was inedible. Not sure when it was made, but it looked old and just smelled like vinegar. The server came around with the bill and as a futile attempt to still get a decent tip, apologized and asked f I needed a to-go box. She asked if everything was okay. I said not really. She didn't ask why or how she could make things better. We will not be returning.

The restaurant is located in the non-smoking section of Muckleshoot Casino. I appreciated how clean and bright the restaurant was. Our server Will was amazing and made sure everyone in our party was cared for, especially since half of our party arrived late. He was attentive and made sure our glasses were always filled with water. Overall, the food was good. I really enjoyed my cod fish and chips. I really enjoyed the coleslaw that came with it. My mother-in-law also enjoyed her halibut fish and chips.

I hadn't been to Muckleshoot for quite some time. Like at least ten years. Was in the area for business and came in for lunch. This particular restaurant was appealing because it's in the non smoking section. Sports bar. TVs all around. I got a Brie salad and it was great and not very expensive. The server who I know I will destroy her name here was great. I want to say it was Ashlynn. Very great experience.

I've been coming here since it first opened. The wait staff and bartenders are phenomenal. On 2/5/24, our waitress was Drea and was one of the best waitresses staff and service I have experienced in our local area. Muckleshoot has done an amazing job with this new restaurant. I love the food and Market 253 Hazy IPA.Highly recommend the Bison Green Chili. It is great!

Way too expensive for what you get! Not very many people in the place yet they had a group of 4 sit next to us and one of the lady's kept coughing. Come on... all these open tables and you had to seat Covid cougher next to me?? Not cool!!

Quick to seat on Easter Sunday, it's quiet and kid friendly. Server is very tentative. Food came out quick. You can't go wrong with breakfast food. I took away 1 star because their knife is really dull I can't even cut the sausage with it.

All the food I've had at the 253 has been great. Today we tried the corned beef hash and that was delicious. We had just had the corned beef player at the muckleshoot restaurant and that was a bit tough and chewy but this one was super tender delicious. Also had the Dutch baby which was a lot smaller then expected probably wouldn't buy that one again. It tasted good I just didn't feel like there was a value there or I got a bang for my buck. For $14 I expected it to be bigger. Over all always a win. This is my 2nd time staying at the new resort and I know I can get good for a good price at market 253

So happy there are more eating options now at Muckleshoot! Had the truffle burger and truffle fries and my husband had the reuben sandwich and both were delicious! Service was great and portions were decent. Will definitely come back. We went for a late dinner so it was not incredibly busy, not sure if service would be the same during busier times but no complaints here.

I've been here several times mostly for breakfast but thrice for lunch. For breakfast the price is reasonable. Most times they have served a lemon scone and I liked them. The bennedict is good, they have a good hollandaise sauce, I've noticed some places seem to add either cheese or chicken broth but Market 253 has the traditional style which is my strong preference. The Dutch baby was delicious. It came in a small cast iron skillet with huckleberries. I added the bacon, eggs and hash browns. They serve thick cut bacon and they always have the hash browns browned good but still tender in the middle. For lunch and dinner we get the jalapeños. They are large and stuffed with brisket and cream cheese. The flavors are definitely there but since they use a thick cut bacon, sometimes it's a bit underdone for my taste. The outside is always cooked but if it's double wrapped, sometimes the inside isn't as crisp. I've had the Reuben, chicken cutlets and burger. The Reuben was very good but way too rich for my tastes. My FIL said it was amazing...please note this was the first Reuben I've had. The burger was delicious! They serve it with big fries and they have my favorite style of fry in the area. It looks like fresh cut with the skins and they are crisped but not burned. I think they have house made pickles which I'm also a big fan of! The chicken cutlet was tasty too but the portion was huge and also a bit too rich for me-but that's by fault, I should have paid more attention to the "creamy" part of the Marsala sauce. Flavor was definitely there. Service is decent. Sometimes the food seems to take a bit longer than a place like Red Robin but it's not so long that it would fall outside of expectations. Biggest complaint is they don't serve fresh brewed iced tea. I can't stand the tea on tap. One of my fav places in the area for breakfast. They have the best portions that leave you full but not hating yourself.

We went here for dinner, Food was excellent but wish there was more choices on menu.We ended up getting several appetizers, Roasted Parm Cauliflower, Chicken Wings, Crab & Shrimp fritters and the clams. All was very good however the clams did not have any broth in bowl.Service was good but standard, did not WOW me. Personal pet peeve is having an empty glass of water and having to ask for refill.I felt for the prices they charge the restaurant could've been a little more 'fancy' it almost had an airport bar/restaurant feel to it.
