Mariscos La Reyna del Sur 3

Delicious shrimp cocktail. I got a small size and they give you a good amount of shrimp. I will get the medium size next time. I would just recommend to get there before or after lunch because they get really busy during lunch hours.

2022 Food Truck Month, Part 6We caught up with "Mariscos La Reyna del Sur 3" on the corner of Morehouse Drive and Scranton Road in San Diego, California. Simply put, when compared to the other food trucks we've visited so far this month, this place was...just ok. While my fish burrito had a few redeeming qualities, I found the fish to be greasy enough to be distracting from, and overwhelming of, the taste of the other ingredients. The most memorable part of the visit wasn't the food. It was all of the military air traffic out of/into MCAS Miramar.If you're already in the area I guess you could consider giving this place a try, but I certainly wouldn't recommend making this place your primary destination.And that's...Henry's Take.#sandiegofoodtrucks

Was craving fish tacos while I was at work, came on Yelp and found this Marisco food truck! I left with 2 fish tacos. It was so good. Their hot sauce is sooo spicy. I love it!! Can't wait to try some of the other things they offer on their menu!

Pinches mariscos bien perrrrones I got 2 tacos de pescados and a coctel de camaron and everything salio bien chingon ! Good flavor . A little pricey but whatever .... They should have prices displayed on there truck .

This food/taco truck is one the best I've ever been to! Portions were huge, all different varieties of tacos/Mexican food to chose from, and really priced perfectly. The staff was very attentive to the line that grows as people come from all over to this truck. They were very friendly as well letting me try soup that they were making. I ordered the shrimp and carnitas tacos. Both were perfectly cooked and seasoned. My mouth is watering just thinking about them while writing this. They offer multiple sauces as well when you get your food. I like the green the best. Whenever I'm back in San Diego, I will revisit this truck. I'm from the east coast and can't get tacos this good, I highly recommend.

I went here today with Hubbs & we paid $28 for 4 plates of SALT. I had to rip the meat off the tortilla of my Birria Tacos. We didn't wanna waste so we ate what we ordered. But it was PAINFUL! I've eaten at better food trucks. If you care about your health, don't come here! Stay far away! Even the salsas and pickled onions were SALTY!! Hard pass!

The fish on the taco de pescado was huge and extremely delicious. It's def one of the better fish taco spots out there and I can see myself coming back here to fulfill my fish taco cravings if I don't want to drive down to city heights. The lady taking the order was extremely nice as well!

Gave free consome to all the Spanish speakers and didn't ask if I wanted one. Didn't have any limes for my fish taco which was just ok. The diabla taco was decent but really messy and more grilled onion than shrimp. And when I asked for napkins I got handed 2. Guess they're really pinching pennies even tho I saw her hand a lot to the Mexican lady who asked before me kinda a one and done stop

Their service was horrible. I showed up 30 minutes before closing and they just chose not to help me. On their page it says they close at 4 and they were just very rude about it. Well never go here again. So if any decides to go eat here make sure what time it is cause they won't help you at all. They need to change their hours to 3:30 if your gonna stop servicing any one .

It's hard to find the great, authentic ceviche but here it is! Hard working family with sincere service and reasonable priced options. I'd come back again for quick yet authentic Mexican cuisine!
