Probably the best kbbq experience I had so far this year!It just opened a few weeks ago and we came in at dinner time for a party of 6. There was barely anyone there but I had no idea why that was the case. The meat was ala cart so be aware of how much you're ordering. The appetizers were so delicious. I don't think I ever had raw scallops salad as a kbbq app but it was so good. The onion salad went so well with the meats they served. We got all the meats and I have to say I couldn't pick a favorite because they were all good. The waiters cook the meats for you as well so that was very nice to talk among friends and not worry about overcooking the marbled meat! The place was very clean and I'll definitely come back here when I'm back in Chicago.

Newest Korean bbq opened up behind me so the family and I decided to go check it out. Interior design was great and spacious. Coverings over the window help dim the place even more. Service was pretty good for the amount of staff they have on hand so you can't really fault them for that. On to the food. While the meat quality is there, the issue is the amount of meat per order. $40 for a small hand full of meat, I understand the cost is offset by the seafood that is brought out because it is a "course menu". No where does it state that it is, not that I've read, on the menu itself. Since it is a "course menu" style, we had to order 4 plates of meat, 1 per person, so each person can get a raw oyster and scallops. Big issue is, I don't eat seafood. For someone like me who comes in for meat and didn't expect some of the fulfillment of fullness on the menu is seafood, I was surprised and disappointed. Quality and marinaded meats were rich and flavorful. Seafood that was brought out looked generous in size. Small onion salad was delicious in the dressing it was in, but felt weird eating it by itself as I'm used to eating it with my meats since it cuts the fatty-ness left in your mouth. Not an abundance of side dishes that you would normally associate with K-BBQ. The only one that showed up to the party was the Kim-chi. The only dish I didn't enjoy was the soup at the end. The soup was a little thicker what I'm used to at restaurants, probably from the starch of the potatoes that was in the soup. Soup tasted like it was under seasoned and didn't have miso in it, whether that was intentional or not, I don't know. Honestly, overall, food was great! I know I sounded very negative about the restaurant overall. I believe what they are trying to do to be different is a great mindset. I don't believe they are in the "right" area to be different, like city of Chicago. I don't come out to K-BBQ around here for fancy course meals, I would just want to order meat to grill. I think they might have to change their menu or their ideas to keep going. I am more than happy to be wrong, as it is easier to criticize than to run a restaurant.

Took my reservation on yelp but showed closed on google. I called the number on yelp and no one picked up. Looks like they are out of business already.

We were recommended by a friend to try Marbling that just opened and I was blown away by the quality of the meats, seafood and the service. I've tried KBBQ from NYC and LA and even Korea and I would say their quality and flavoring is on par with kbbq in Korea. Besides the food, the service is great and I love the owner who was grilling the meats for us and pouring our shots. He was really funny and super nice and generous to us. Thank you for such a great experience! This is my go to spot now every time I visit Rosemont/Arlington.

We stumbled across Marbling by accident... what a great accident!! We had never experienced Koran food and this was the best!! The staff is welcoming and helpful ( since we didn't know what we were doing.). The dinner includes everything, soup, salad, appetizers, vegetables, meat and roasted garlic! Great place! We will return!
