Love this place! My dad wanted a cookie cake for his birthday, so I decided to go to marble slab. A very nice lady named Seun helped me out deciding what type of cookie cake I wanted. She was super funny and we had a great time talking for like an hour!! Love her

Awful awful service. We ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for our daughter's 8th birthday, several days in advance, for a 2pm pickup on a Saturday. We arrive at 1:45 and were told that it wasn't ready. When I asked when it'd be ready, she said 2. So we waited in the car for 15 minutes and came back in at 2. At that point they saw us come in but didn't even acknowledge we were there for 10 minutes. Then she proceeds to tell me that the cake isn't hardening due to fridge issues, and if I want the cake like that. She literally asked me if I wanted a melting cake. They didn't have any premades large enough with a vanilla base, so I had to scramble to find an alternative in the 30 minutes before my daughter's party. They also kept trying to sell us a cake there with a chocolate base not listening to us say that she doesn't like chocolate cake. I am furious not only for the crap excuse- (there was a working freezer in the lobby with cakes that were just fine)(they just started too late), but for making me stand there and waste precious time that I could have spent finding an alternative. I will not be trusting this store again for any order.

Came in for some ice cream on a weeknight so it wasn't busy at all. There were only two families inside but there was one person working so there was a bit of a wait. When I walked in I wasn't greeted. I understand there was only one person working but the shop is so small a quick, "Hello" or "Welcome in," would've sufficed. When it was my turn to order, I sampled the cookie dough ice cream and decided to go with that flavor because none of the others seemed too appealing to me. The guy working gave me a generous portion of ice cream but was rather light handed on the add ins so I asked for extra. I went with the cookie dough ice cream with pecan & choco chop add ins inside of an oreo cookie waffle bowl. I got my ice cream to go and it still wasn't melted by the time I got home. It tasted great but the customer service wasn't the best so I gave it four stars. I'll be back though!

I didn't order anything in my last visit. I went in and a family or group of 4 was ahead of me. One staff person was helping them and there was another person working there and she was just working on decorating a cookie cake. I'm surprised that she doesn't know there is a lot of customers? She could help her coworker out or help the next customer and get back to decorating later no? She takes her time and finishes her cookie cake first and then she came to help me and I asked her I wanted to get a gift card and she said they don't give gift cards. Great.

This place is terrible. The employees were not wearing masks, no trash can outside, no chairs outside, no social distancing tape, no sugar free ice cream, and stale cones! The employees were sampling ice cream while I was sampling, how unprofessional!! The lady handed me ice cream without putting a napkin around the cone and gave it to me with no gloves DURING COVIDD. Outside they say they are practicing social distance, but clearly they don't care if they spread their germs to customers who could die. DO NOT GO!

Absolutely disappointing...We go here maybe 1-2 every 2-3 months since they opened and every visit was horrible. No "Hello" No "What would you like" No "Thank you" No "Have a good day" or even "Bye". If you ask to taste a flavor, he will get an attitude. They obviously don't like his job... What kind of owners would hire rude and unhappy employees! Really sad.

Not a good place to come to buy Marble Comix, so we left disappointed.I'm not a fan of marble slap... I mean Marble Slab... to begin with, and I think they're expensive and that their ice cream isn't very good. But when service is good and the Barbi family kids love it, then it makes us happy and it makes them happy.Service here is really annoying and slow and they won't necessarily come over to help you even when they don't have anything better to do, such as when their phones are their main priority. Having said that when we did finally get my nephew to smile after he'd been moody all day so we're grateful for that. And I didn't realize so many attractive 20somethings come into Marble Slab. I thought it was just for kids. I even got hit on. So that's where the extra star came from. (Tosses hair).

Sadly, this location is visibly suffering. It looks like it has seen better days. However, the Marble Slab flavors never disappoint, and I enjoyed my ice cream. The server was very kind, so he deserves 5 stars. Other than that, the atmosphere was gloomy and lame. Not much else to say since I didn't want to stay longer than I needed to.

I should be able to give no stars. Got lemon ice cream and took two bites and thought it out. Should have tasted first so that's my bad. Artificial sweetener and flavor tasted NASTY! Won't be back.

If I could give zero stars I completely would, I paid $20 for husband my son and I and the ice cream was melting as soon as we got in the car. We had to race home to try to save what was left of it. Called the store and was told it was melting bc we got toppings, and we should stick them in our freezer.....what?!? Will never go back
