Arrived here on a Friday night at 10:45Pm on 7/23/21 and they would not mix our ice cream for my sons birthday. Lol they close at 11pm. I get it it's time to clean up and go home, but if you state you close at 11pm, then you should serve me and my family. I will not return to this location, management needs to correct this. Let's stop supporting bad business.

The ice cream is just too soft. I get that it's easier for the employees to mix in the toppings but it was dripping off their mixing spoons. In my bowl for 2 minutes and I kept having to drink it (in the air conditioned store). I ended up throwing half mine out and putting my sons in the freezer to hopefully eat tomorrow. I personally just hate soft melty ice cream... so as long as that doesn't bother you, this place is just okay. Maybe a malt or shake is the way to go here?!? Also wish they had a smaller kids cup option cause the small they do have is too much for my toddler.

One of the poorest run Marble slab around. During middle of my visit one of the girl decided that is OK to sit at the counter (they serve ice cream on) facing the customer next to the heath certificate (Ironic isn't). Hygiene is not the greatest. Almost six dollar per ice cream with waffle cone, at least they can do a bit better on their hygiene habits. The floor has candy sparkles all over it. By then I had to walk out of the store. Seriously for the price I paid for ice cream here, I can get a whole gallon at the super market. It's always a great experience the staff is friendly the ice cream is good coming from NY I'm use to Cold Stone creamery this gives me that Cold Stone Vibe definitely will be back the guy behind the counter was super attentive and made sure to give us a reward card they ck lean frequently and I'm shocked to see ass many negative reviews considering how awesome my experience has been

Only 5 flavors, mostly bottom of the barrel (literally).Disappointing to say the least. Ordered an ice cream cake from here in the past and the customer service was also awful and nothing ready on time, so I should've known before offering to bring my child today.We left, won't be back.

I came to marble slab twice in a week to get their ice cream, not just because of my dad's birthday discounts haha, but because I also really enjoyed it!!!!! Sprinkles are my favorite, so I'm happy that they offer a white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles covered cone. I got the birthday cake batter ice cream with a bunch of mix ins since they don't charge extra for toppings, which is a plus! All the toppings made the ice cream have a nice and crunchy texture, and the ice cream itself was smooth, creamy, and tasty. They have lots of options to choose from. Employees are friendly and fast. I've never run into any issues with parking or wait times.

Worst ice cream I've ever had. It had a weird artificial taste. And super expensive. Never again.

My go to place for all my ice cream cakes !Always super nice and friendly, very great customer service! And the ice cream is delicious. As well as the cookies/brownies.
