Best fish & seafood tacos in National City. Super fast service with generous portions and affordable prices. I like to go right before the lunch rush around 10 a.m. on the weekday. I got my usual huge octopus tostada and a couple fish tacos today. So many items on the menu I need to try. Thank you for improving customer service and keeping the salsa bar full when it's really busy.

Great shrimp and fish tacos, maybe some of the best I've had here in San Diego! Also their ceviche is fresh and delicious! All their portions are a good size/amount. OH, call and make sure they are there, we were looking forward in having their seafood, got there to find an empty parking lot. :(

We have been coming here for years and they continue to improve. We stopped by this weekend and realized they had added an additional food truck where they sell birria, adobada, Asada, aguas frescas etc. This has become a one stop wonder, they have something for everyone. We ordered: fish tacos, shrimp tacos, shrimp coctel, a new shrimp taco with octopus and a chipotle sauce. Everything tasted amazingly and perfectly cooked. The new taco was a great addition.The new food truck did not disappoint. We ordered two birria tacos. They were on the bigger side and priced perfectly for that portion. The cashier gave me a consome cup and it was beyond flavorful. Compliments to the guy who makes the birria, not anyone can get it to taste this flavorful. They did not compromise the quality of the meat. Everything in my taco and consome was pure meat no fat, which I appreciate. The service by both the cashier and the cook was great, they were extremely friendly. We will definitely continue to come back.

Always solid! The have consistency in their food and customer service and it's never disappointing. My favorites are the tacos gobernador and culichi. Reasonable prices.

Recommended by a friend and I really should've tried it much sooner! Super reasonable prices, fresh food, friendly service and no frills quick bite! Delicious crunchy fish tacos, shrimp tacos and aquachile tostada verde de camaron. These tacos rank in my top 5 fish tacos. Definitely stop by, just off 4th behind a paint store and Jack in the Box. Plenty of parking, the line moves fast. Really worth the trip for a casual meal.

The truck is located in a parking lot behind one of the stores so might be tough to find at first. There are a couple of tables for people to stand around/ sit & eat. They offer complimentary soup while waiting for your meal. AMAZING fish tacos!! The fish taco is giant and cheap. The fish is super crispy and cooked to perfection. There is a sauce station on the side or you can ask for pre-packaged ones. Some customers sitting next to us recommended their oysters as they were super fresh! I will have to come back and try.

Mar Y Tierra came highly recommended by a local around Nat City and it for sure was one of the best trucks i've eaten at! There's ample parking around the truck and standing tables!You can't really go wrong with any of the seafood tacos - I highly recommend the Gobernador , the creamy, and the arrachera because those 3 that we ordered were super fresh, the vinegar complements the base seafood taste, and the salsa and guac just make each bite feel complete. The aguachile tostada and the octopus tostada were also extremely fresh, and the arrangement of onion, guac, tomato, lime is just perfect on top of nicely fried tostadas.Since the shrimp here is so good, we tried the shrimp coctel as well and, well, it was good! Highly recommend, there's so much on the menu I have to come back to try the rest of the seafood!

There are 2 food trucks with different menus. Each food truck specializes in seafood and cocktails. Their both always crowded with long lines. I usually get fish tacos added with avocado for lunch. The fish tacos are very affordable topped with chipotle sauce and pico de gallo mix. If you're into seafood with lots of flavor and affordable under $12 this is the place. I com here frequently because their consistent with their service and food quality. Overall a positive experience as usual highly recommend it. The food truck is located on a parking lot behind pet grooming business and next to Jack in the Box on fourth Ave right before 54 easy freeway.

The food was delicious. & service was great they explained the menu well and had consomé for free .
