Maprang Bakery & Cafe

I honestly didn't have the biggest appetite when I walked in, but I was so glad to have had just enough room for the Thai Tea Cake. Maprang nailed down the flavor of one of my favorite drinks into light, fluffy cake-form. This is just the right size for an after-dinner dessert or a snack.The staff was so sweet helping us and the cafe is very clean, bright, and pleasant to sit in. I ordered alot from here because I wanted to try everything! Lol. My favorite was the coconut chiffon it was very light and fluffy. I liked the thai tea and tiramisu cream, but the cakes were very dry. If it was more moist it would have been perfect!! The tiramisu cream was very flavorful and full of coffee taste which was delicious. Service was good too and the staffs were very friendly. I would definitely come try again, just hope they can see this review and improve more in the cake so it is not so dry.

This place is officially one of my favorite cafes!! I came on a Sunday and it was packed- it's a pretty small space so don't be surprised if you can't grab a table during peak hours. The workers are SUPER friendly and don't make you feel rushed even if there's a long line. I got the thai iced tea, which had a strong tea flavor and wasn't too sweet; exactly what I wanted. I decided to try their basque cheesecake as well. Oh my gosh! So light, fluffy and still very creamy- I think this may be my favorite place to get cheesecake. Definitely check this local spot out; it's in such a convenient location and a very cute cafe!

One of my favorite Asian bakeries I have tried in the past year. I wish I lived closer to here. It was packed on a weekend afternoon but they still had plenty of their selection available. I got the thai tea and coconut pandan mini cakes as well as a pandan bun (?) and everything was perfect, definitely not too sweet or stale. Would probably come here weekly if I could.

We came in on a holiday to find the limited seats almost full but we were taking it out anyways. We just tried their Watermelon juice w/ boba (seasonal) and found it super refreshing since they used real fresh watermelon! The only thing that could have made it better is if the boba was a bit more on the soft side. The cafe itself is well lit and super comfy and cozy as with most boba shops. Would come again!

Maprang is such a gem! Besides the lovely Asian-inspired food and drink, their service is top notch. In the past, I've ordered a Basque cheesecake which was so delicious and decadent! On my most recent trip, my partner accidentally spilled his drink in the cafe and the employees rushed to help and even made him a new one! Would definitely recommend this place!

I had the best ube latte of my life here! I came for the fluff festival and ordered an ube latte with fluff. For an extra cute touch they even made little ghost faces on the fluff. The latte had a nice coconut undertone and was just sweet enough. I can't wait to come back here!

I had the best cheesecake of my LIFE here. The store is small so not a lot of seating but you can just take ur things to bow market and eat it there if you can't find a spot in the store. Anyways the CHEESECAKE. Perfect thickness and density. A hint of tartness from the cream cheese. Consistent all the way through. Perfect amount of sweetness. THIS is what I imagine when I think about cheesecake. I wanna go again. I wanna buy a whole cake. I wanna live inside of the cake. There were other pastries and cakes too that also looked cute.
