I should have know better when I saw the reviews, but I stopped here out of convenience. $20 down the drain. I make it a point to only leave a negative review if I am really, really disappointed and sadly this place left me with a stomachache and feeling hugely disappointed. Food was salty. Tortilla seemed old. My burrito fell apart when I took it out of the wrapper. So did my daughters. Her bean burrito tasted like it was out of a can. And I may be mistaken but the cheese in my burrito tasted like the kind you get in your cafeteria cheeseburger back in elementary school. Plastic-y. I'm not a food snob, but I definitely think this place has nothing but room to improve. It does have a couple things going for it. Clean and big room with lots of tables and space. But all that is pointless if the food ends up in the trash anyway.

Decided to give them another try. It's been about a year since I was here last. Ordered Fries Supreme and beef taco/cheese enchilada combo plate. Fries Supreme were 5 star worthy. Enough to feed 2-3 people and lots of flavor. The combination plate was 2 stars for me. The tortilla shell for the taco was chewy, the cheese enchilada was cold and the worst part was that the beans tasted like fish. The rice was great though! The salsas were fresh and tasted good, too. Maybe we'll try again in another year.

I stopped here for breakfast after I got off work, and it totally hit the spot. The girl working gave excellent recommendations, and everything was really good! I forgot to take a picture of the salsas, but the salsa verde was pretty tasty! I recommend filling up a few of those little cups to add to your meal. :)

We just ordered a Cheese Quesadilla to go with some Sour Cream on the side. So Yummy and several people shared with all the great Salsa from the Salsa Bar! I actually called it in and ran in to pick it up. It was great. Sadly, prices keep going up for everyone so it was a little expensive but businesses have to make a living! We will be back!

Recommend splitting an entree. Portions are large. Almost everything is around $15. Food is authentic Mexican and attractively presented. The only complaint is coffee was awful and plastic utensils provided. Right off the 8 freeway. We always stop here n va our way to AZ.

I ignored the reviews and I completely regret it. I asked them if they can put everything on it and they didn't. I asked them for sides of salsa. There was no sides of salsa. My biggest problem was the beef, I had ordered the beef tacos, and the beef was burnt and dry. Worse, beef tacos I've ever had.

This is one of the pricey and ruder taco shops in town because they get business no matter what they are in a good spot compared to the rest where u have to go more into town. Alpine taco shop and Tapatios top this place, company and food wise.

I wish I took pictures. My hubby got the huevos rancheros. He was thrilled by the great beans, salsa, and excellent stone corn tortillas. The rest of us got breakfast burritos which were HUGE! Great little salsa bar and the restaurant area is very clean and well decorated. We will come back.
