Service was excellent place is nice and clean. I like the atmosphere but the prices and the food? I had baked chicken mashed potatoes with gravy and broccoli with a side salad and a can soda. It was $18. The chicken had been baked until it was almost obliterated, it appeared to be just a breast, but there were bones in it. The potatoes were instant potatoes. The broccoli was also overcooked and pretty bland. I can overlook the quality of the food if I have been out of there for 10 or $12 but by the time I added in the tip, it was $22.i don't know why they have a waitress. you are obligated to have to tip them for basically nothing. when you walk in you get the food yourself all they do is bring you a drink and it's just a canned soda.

Great food.A little pricey if you get meat .Great help went you go inside.You can go through to drive in window to order.

Delicious homemade favorites! My personal favorite is the salmon patty. Tastes just like my Grandma's!!

Stopped in today for lunch , had meatloaf , mashed potatoes, turnip greens , and banana pudding . Its cafeteria style .the food was good and it was fast .big church crowd .

In all honesty it has been a while since I was there, but the veggies tasted straight out of the can and nothing special at all. Meats were good, rolls ok. Nice and clean, service good.

I always return to Mama's kitchen when I'm visiting the Pigeon Forge area. Always a great meal. If you haven't been in awhile, it has changed since COVID hit. The change is definitely for the better. It's nice to not have so much food waste at your table. Don't leave without a jar of their homemade butters! So tasty.

To their credit the place is very clean and service is good. Food not so much. Very plain and small servings for the money. Things taste straight out of a can especially the veg and beans. Had to try but will not return.

The food is made with love and you can tell it!!!! Reasonable prices, excellent service and quality of food!!!! Love the setting, reminds me of the old meat and three restaurants we went to when I was younger. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!! You won't regret choosing to go!!!!

Too high for us since they went up on their prices. What they charge,This is not that expensive food.10.50-10.95 usually for meatVegs I believe 2.69 each. Desserts around 3.50.
