We love mama Thai!!! The service is incredible- so very kind and quick! The food is amazing. I had the yellow curry and my husband had the panang curry- both even more delicious than we remembered. Perfect spice level, great flavors, right ratio of veggies to chicken. They added fried onions on top of my yellow curry this time which was really a nice touch! Our kids loved the potstickers and shrimp fried rice as always.

Mama Thai Kitchen has a great menu and good location in an area of South Chandler that isn't too crowded. I love that they have outdoor seating and the service is always very prompt. The overall prices are fair for Thai food and there is a full bar available.The portions are decent, and I recommend the soups as they are a standout on the menu. The flavors are good, and I would go a little higher on the heat scale as they are used to catering to a crowd that often doesn't like spice. We tried a couple of common Thai staples and everything had great flavor and a nice presentation. I would pass on the spring rolls and orange chicken as the dishes were on the smaller side and instead focus on more traditional items. Overall, a really good spot and definitely someplace we plan to visit more often.

The first time we came here we were blown away by how amazing the food was! We live in Tucson so we were thinking this is our new "must eat" restaurant when we're in Chandler. We ate here a second time and were very disappointed with the food. It was like we were eating at a different restaurant! We ordered the exact same items as we previously had so we're not sure if they had a different cook this time? We will give it another try and I will update my review.The service is friendly and timely so no complaints. The restaurant is very clean too. I highly recommend trying the Mieng Kum Thai Coconut Wraps - they are so good!!!

We ordered the pad see ew and drunken noodles to go. Both dishes were level 3 spice with chicken. I thought both dishes were great, especially the drunken noodles! The sauce is delicious. There was a nice portion and lots of veggies included. The spice level was perfect for us. It was spicy, but did not overpower the dish. We definitely will be ordering from Mama Thai again.

I was visiting the area with my cousin who loves this place. We stopped in for dinner. They must have been understaffed that night as the service was slow. One person served and took orders for walk ins and diners, and packaged to go orders. BUT, the food was absolutely, DELICIOUS!!! Had we had enough time we would have visited again. We order a large Tom Yum soup with tofu, pad thai with shrimp, drunken noodles with shrimp, garlic and pepper dinner with sole, and rice noodle soup with sole. All of our meals were full of flavor. I do think they could have given more than 6 shrimp in the dinner portions. We spent $96 for the 4 meals plus the large soup. Other than that, no issues. The bathrooms were also pretty clean.

Solid Thai food in Chandler area, especially if you are in the mood for Thai curry. Love the panang curry with "pumpkin" (maybe kabocha squash) which is described as pumpkin curry on their menu. Their larb is very flavorful but not enough lettuce ( came with one leaf of romaine lettuce).

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Quiet place and I was the only one in the restaurant. I was going to order the Pad see ew. But they use American broccoli and not Asian broccoli. Went with the Pad Thai with chicken. Very large portion but a little short on the amount of chicken in the dish. Flavor was great! I would definitely return to try one of the curry dishes.

I Can see the hype for this place. The only thing I have a hard time with is the price for takeout for the portion they give you but at least the flavor is good.
