Food is amazing. Egusi soup is amazing!! I have to come at least once a month! The service is great, great prices and it's very clean. The owner is so sweet, she is great, definitely worth going and trying some authentic African food.

The food is good. I was prepared to eat with my fingers but til I realized (upon arrival if my meal) that efo riro isn't served with pounded yam. There is a pounded yam meal option but efo riro is not listed amongst them. So I looked on the menu and knew that must have meant pounded yam is sold as a separate side. It's not. You can't get it or get more of it unless you choose from the limited selections. I'd never had efo riro without pounded yam (fufu). So I looked for the fork to try it the way this place serves it. No fork. Oh so I eat the jollof rice with no fork too? Never done that. So I dig in. I am knuckle deep and belly happy... but.. wait, no napkins? Nuffin. The hell. Well let me drink this soda that I paid an arm & leg for only to learn it's a fountain drink. Hollup... no straw? Am I supposed to be eating like I'm actually in the bush? Why no pounded yam, fork, napkin or straw. I have never in my life. Now, don't get me wrong, the food is good. There's only a teeny bit of spice but it's tastes yummy. But the missing pieces have me questioning how I got here and if I can get room service to deliver me a fork. I should have mentioned... I'm at a hotel. It even said it in my order.

This place is a real winner!! The portions,the pricing and yes the food are all winners. I love the spinach soup with assorted meats. I love love love the stew with fish. Their pounded yam and Eba are amazing. Next time I will have to take pictures but I start eating so fast. This place is a hidden gemWorth its weight in gold

My first and last time visiting this establishment. The stew was so full of grease! The goat was so tough that it was not edible. Could not enjoy my fufu because the stew was a greasy mess.. To top it off, there was a label!!! A freakin label in my nasty, greasy stew!!!It made me give a star

I seldom leave reviews for restaurants but I've tried to give this particular restaurant so many chances because I enjoy Nigerian cuisine and it's the closest African restaurant to my house. I've been here a numerous amount of times within the past year and when I First started ordering food from here the food quality was top notch and tasted delicious especially for the prices. Over the past few months I've noticed that the quality of certain foods served at this restaurant has decreased tremendously. I'm talking about spoiled food, freezer burnt meat, or getting mis portioned. I've gotten sick over the food once in the past and decided to try it one last time to see if maybe it was just one mistake but no. The last straw I had was when I placed an order for ONE pre prepared item on DoorDash for pick up, upon arrival, The cashier was sitting on her phone and never even packed my order let alone confirm it after 20 minutes of it being placed. When she handed me my food with no utensils or napkins I asked for one and it seemed like such a task for her. When I finally opened my food and took a bite out of it, i was disgusted by the sour taste that came from multiple parts of it, I immediately l spit it out... it was almost as if it had been left out overnight and then reheated to serve. Thankfully I was still in the parking lot, so I brought it back in to report it to the cashier and I politely asked for another one explaining to her what it tasted like and she gave me a nasty attitude and handed me a smaller version of the item which actually looked more vibrant and tasted a lot fresher than the first one that I was served. It's no surprise that this place has failed inspection more than once, they handle their food so poorly and the customer service I received today was disappointing. Just be careful eating here and ask for samples first because you may receive rotten food!!!

We ordered food on Uber eats . We paid extra for double ox tail when we got the order there was no double order of oxtail and we called back and they went back and forth about how high ox tail is. very upset . Food is really good but service sucks .
