Mango Fish SaladThe sweet and tangy flavors of ripe mango pair deliciously with the fresh, flaky fish in Mali Thai's Mango Fish Salad. The light dressing accentuates the natural flavors without overpowering, creating refreshing harmony in every bite. This starter salad perfectly balances sweet and savory for a taste that promises an excellent meal ahead. Pad Kee Mao with TofuMali Thai's Pad Kee Mao radiates an addictive smoky spiciness, balanced by soft and tender tofu. The broad rice noodles have a perfect chew, and a medley of basil and chilies provides a depth of flavor. Crisp vegetables add nice texture contrast to this satisfying dish that brings on the heat. Tofu lovers will rejoice over this flavorful stir fry.Chicken Cashew Mali Thai hits the right savory-sweet spot with their Chicken Cashew, chock full of crunchy cashews and tender morsels of chicken. The sauce ties it all together, allowing the chicken and veggie flavors to shine while accented by sweet nutty pops. Each component blends in harmony - the very essence of a comfort food with a fun, modern twist. Pineapple Fried RiceThis Pineapple Fried Rice is a sunshine-filled taste of the tropics, with sweet pineapple chunks dancing through every bite. The light touch of curry adds interest without overpowering the fruit's freshness. Fluffy rice soaks up the sweet fruity juices for a dish as vibrant as an island sunset. A taste of delight in every spoonful.

We were in town for a wedding and needed to grab some early dinner before the airport. We looked at Thai spots nearby and ended up at Mali Thai. Everything we had was great! Crab fried rice, chicken satay, spicy noodles and yellow curry :)

I found this place on a search of nearby places to eat. The ambiance was nice, calming music played throughout our meal. The service was 5 star... excellent!! Staff was attentive as soon as we walked in which made us feel welcomed. I ordered the Chicken Phad Kee Mao and it was good! I will definitely come back when I visit Seattle.

Little hidden gem. Found it due to recommendations from some locals from the nearby mall. I went there 30 min before they closed so it was a bit rushed. However the service was friendly and courteous. Food came out great, I tried the Chicken Cashew stir fry but replaced with fried tofu. The dishes don't come with rice so it's a bit of an extra, mandatory add on. However the food tasted awesome, quantity was plentiful and they provided lots of spicy sauces on the side. Highly recommended!

Not the best place in the world, but still decent enough. When I was there, the service was pretty slow. My friend told me it has a very Rainforest Cafe vibe. The service was slow the night we went with the number of people that were there. Then my food came out wrong, and they had to send it back. Ten minutes later, my friend got his food. All in all, truthfully, it's nothing to remember. Doesn't give you that "wow" factor. It's easily forgettable, in my opinion.

Great place for big parties, portions are good sized and food tastes really good. We ordered Tom Yum Talay soup which was flavorful and plentiful for our 7 top party. More than 1 of us had seconds. We also ordered 2 noodle dishes, Phad Thai with Tofu & Phad See Ew with beef. I normally prefer Phad See Ew but at Mali, their Phad Thai is so good, it was not too sweet which is normally why I prefer Phad See Ew. Their Garlic Chicken is pretty good, crispy and flavorful tossed in the zesty, slightly sweet garlic sauce. We also had red curry with chicken. Not my favorite dish of the night as I prefer green or yellow curry but pretty tasty for a red curry, a little on the sweeter side for my liking. We were a large walk in party of 8, since they do not take reservations but when we came in at 6 PM on a Wednesday we were seated fairly promptly. All the servers were very sweet and helpful, very good service. Cute Thai furniture in the front for people who have to wait with some lush tropical plants. For being in the mall area, it was a great & inexpensive choice for our large party. It was around $22/ head...even with the 4 orders of rice they charged us for(brown, white or sticky options). We didn't get drinks, so I'm positive that's what helped keep the cost down...they have wine and possibly beer. Of course they also have Thai Iced Tea or Coffee.

It's been awhile since I've been here but I decided it's time to update my review. Service has always been really good for me and the last time I called to order take out. The man that answered was soooo friendly and professional. Very distinct voice, he was very welcoming. I ordered beef kee mao and chicken satay after my tattoo appointment since I was starving. The pad kee mao was flavorful but could have been a tad saltier for me. I ordered the spiciest choice I could but it still wasn't enough. Luckily I was home so I added fresh chilies and chili oil. Still the same great taste I remembered several years ago and that says a lot for the consistency of this place. Will probably order from again in the near future. It's just out of the way from West Seattle and I'm not around Tukwila as often anymore.

Food was excellent. Service was a little slow, but it didn't take away from the experience. I would have never visited this place, but for a Macy's perfume rep recommending it. We were chatting and I told her I was looking for a great Thai place for lunch. From the outside, I wasn't too impressed with the mini mall complex vibes. I'm glad that didn't deter me because the inside is so cute and cozy. I will definitely be back soon!

Tukwila has a lot of Thai places that don't taste as good as they use to. Although, I'm very impressed how good Mail Thai still is! Got the pad see ew and thai basil fried rice. This was the BEST pad see ew I've ever had. I was so worried the ratio of the noodles would be off with the amount of veggies in it. But no the ratio was perfect. There was sooo much noodles in there and it was extremely flavorful. The meat was chewy and not dry. That's a first. The thai basil fried rice was unique. Just needed a bit more seasoning to it but it was solid. Came around 7pm on a week day and there was rushes but we were able to get a seat right away. Everybody here was very kind!
