TLDR: Looks are not deceiving. Run down, unkempt, and hole in the wall without hole in the wall charm. Please avoid.Food:-Lamb and Beef Shwarma sandwich - $10 - Pass-Side of tzatziki - $2 without noticeI hate to run down a place on Yelp that could use some business but if Main Street Gyros was ever good, its best days are behind it. I passed it several times on my trip to Seattle and wanted to take a chance to support local eateries but this food is not good. Better off getting a pre-made sandwich at Starbucks. Also charged $2 for a side of tzatziki without giving me a heads-up. Charge what you like but give me the chance to say no thanks. That's 20% of the cost of a bad-tasting gyro. Wait! I ordered a gyro and he gave me shwarma! Ugh.Would I Return?I'd prefer to not even pass by it honestly.

Place is so dirty, staff is so rude and feed us garbage I ordered chicken shawarma and waited for him to make my order, he dropped him his big spoon on the floor and literally picked it up and put it back up there directly in touched with meat and other vegetables. I protested: hey man what are you doing? You have too wash it!" He was like: we don't have shawarma!!!!The guy working there not wearing gloves and with those hands touched everything things. Most disgusting place I ever visited in Seattle I'm surprised why USDI not shutting it down.

We came here to grab lunch #1 and was not impressed at all. We placed the order online and when we came, the food was not ready. They haven't even started the order! Also, the guy was not wearing a mask at all...We got the falafel plate and the arabic sandwich. The falafel plate: this was so bad. For $13, you get rice, 4 piece of falafel, hummus, and sauce. No salad no pita bread. I've been to many meditteranean places and a "plate" is should be a lot more item than this... the falafel was standard, nothing special and the rice wasn't that flavorful. The arabic sandwich -- this was actually pretty good. nice flavor of meat. Again, it's pricy. It was $13 for just the wrap. Nothing else. Most other places, for just the wrap it's less than $10. If it's $13, it would have came with fries or a side of some sort.Overall, this place is too pricy for my taste for standard food. There's definitely other places nearby that has better prices and taste just as good.

If you aren't paying attention you just might miss this little dive on the corner! Made fresh for you with a tasty sauce and delicious fries. Great price point for the meal and usually very fast and friendly. Only thing holding back from 5 stars is the actual gyro meat itself was okay nothing really spectacular as I was hoping but the fixings, freshness and value makes up for the okay cut of meat. I have been back and will be back again especially for the fries, keep up the great work!

I was running to and from trying to get my train reservation situated and also catch the train when I felt the need for some food. The staff was super friendly, and the food came out fast. I got the chicken shawarma sandwich and appreciated that it has a nice spread of hummus on the pita along with a range of tasty toppings. The chicken was fresh tasting and not over cooked. Good bite for when you're in a rush!

Very unfortunate experience here at Main Street Gyros. I came here for lunch with some friends, and I was excited to try Main Street Gyros because a former colleague had raved about this place. Plus, I love Mediterranean food! Located in Pioneer Square, it's a small building in the middle of the neighborhood. Space inside is small for dining inside with just two tables and some bar seating at the window. I ordered the Arabic Beef Plate, which on the menu describes for all plates, comes with rice, hummus and pita. Since I had mine to-go I opened up my lunch when I was back at my desk and saw that it was a CHICKEN WRAP WITH FRIES. Not an Arabic Beef Plate. When they called my order at the eatery, they even exclaimed "Arabic Beef" for when it was ready. I was very disappointed to have spent money at Main Street Gyros, expecting a plate with rice, hummus and pita with ARABIC BEEF, to get something completely different. Unfortunately, I can't say I would make my way to come back here again after this big of an error.

So fantastic! Here's why-The food, first of all, is delicious and made fresh to order, always quality with the right spices & garnishes and in heaping portions. There are other gyro shops in the downtown area, but none compare in value to me. Service is fast, service is personable and nice always.I love that they have a selection of sauces in the dining area - chili sauce and garlic sauce on hand that you don't have to ask for, and complimentary soup while you wait. Don't miss the free soup- it's my favorite thing about eating here :) a big pot with a rich, salty lentil soup to be enjoyed from styrofoam cups. This gem is in the hustle and bustle of a crazy area of pioneer square, it's the cute hut/house, tiny inside, on the corner of Main Street.

3.5 Stars - Ordered takeout, tried the Lamb and Beef Gyros Plate ($15.99, maybe it was more pricey off Uber Eats)Pros:-Every component was absolutely delicious, the meat was juicy and flavorful, hummus was nice and garlicky-Food is ready quickly and packaged very wellCons:-No veggies/salad included, just rice and meat. Wish there was some pop of color.-For the price the portions are quite small! There was maybe two tablespoons or two of tzatziki and hummus. It's filling but not a lot of food.
