I've dined at this place when they first opened since we live down the street. I was too impressed so we've never gone back. But decided to give them a try again since now Ubereats deliver. Not sure this is worth the 75.00. I have uberone and get free delivery so why not. However there are additional fees. The food arrived hot which was great. I like supporting small businesses in our community so why not give them a chance, and delivery driver a nice tip to help them as well. All I can say was the food was just okay. I've hat excellent Indian food all over the place, including different states. They weren't bad, but they were excellent either. So I'll give three stars to be fair. Everything was overly sweet to us. The garlic naan was pretty wilty soft for naan. Basically fell apart at just picking up. Seemed flavorless also which was strange since it had chunks of garlic embedded in it. The tandoori was just ok, the butter chicken was a bit strange but still edible. Didn't have a lot of chicken. And the mango lassi was way sweeter than most places I've been to make. Plus it was more creamy than mangoey than the usual mango lassi I get from other places. Not sure I'll be back because there's so many places I don't mind going to. But I hope they succeed because after Covid a lot of places in our area didn't survive.

Excellent mains with disappointing rice pudding - especially trying to eat it on a plate. Came early at opening for the buffet so we could try a little of everything. We ended eating a lot of everything bc it was so darn good, minus the rice pudding but we were so full by then it didn't matter. Butter chicken was a tad too sweet, but still very good. Tandoori chicken really stole the show...but I think that had to do with our timing (fresh straight from oven). Loved the goat curry and biryani but beware of the bones and spiciness. Service was excellent. Plenty of parking (huge parking lot). Spacious with nice decor and clean interior. Exterior is very much a strip mall. Has a private room.

I can only speak to the vegetarian dishes, but this is by far the best Indian food I've ever had. I will say, their food is SPICY! Which I love, but may be difficult for some. I adamantly order 5 stars everywhere, and this place gets it right. It's an experience. Typically I get the 2 meal combo, which is an INSANE deal btw, and even the appetizers are quite spicy. So, if you like it hot, this place is for you. I've never been in person but have door dashed 3 times and crave it often.

I went on a Saturday for their buffet. It was tasty and had a variety of dishes. I wish they had more appetizers, like samosas & pakoras, included in their buffet. We had to order them separately. It was a good deal though for an all-you-can-eat buffet ($19.95). The service was good and the decor was nice with a lot of seating available.

One of things we miss most post-Covid are Indian restaurant buffets. Prior to 2019, Maharaja was one of the places we patronized on a pretty much bi-monthly basis, enjoying the standard but tasty entrees on Fridays at lunchtime as part of our errands and recreation.A few weeks ago, we noticed that Maharaja was once again offering a luncheon buffet on weekends so, with solid memories of their earlier offerings, we stopped in today in hopes of once again experiencing a good selection of quality Indian food for a reasonable price. Sad to report, we were surprisingly disappointed. To begin, the price has increased considerably - $19.99 per person - which wouldn't be an issue if the entrees warranted it. But, despite there being 6 main dishes, as well as naan, papadums, a green salad, and some tandoori chicken legs, the overall selection was underwhelming. There was a noodle and onion based dish which seemed more like filler than any sort of speciality, the naan went quickly and took forever to be replenished, and the overall presentation seemed geared more toward economy than quality.Likewise the staffing, though extensive, seemed oddly inefficient. There were four young men to assist customers, but only one who seemed to actually be doing much - and he seated us, refilled our waters, brought us silverware, and ultimately took our payment (cash only, as the credit card scanners weren't working). It seemed like one fellow's only job was to give customers the side-eye, like we were going to fill our pockets with rice pudding or something. And, speaking of the rice pudding, there were no bowls on the buffet in which to serve it so we had to ask for them. They brought us two of them, which was good, but, weirdly, no one thought to brought a small stack of them for the other customers to use. Overall, we felt like this was a $13.00 lunch buffet that we paid $20 for to cover the cost of the relatively unnecessary staff and the interior decor. The restaurant IS well appointed, but the upholstery of the banquettes could use a cleaning, the doors of the restroom stalls are all lacking locks, and the back door looks like someone went at it with a crowbar. In time, with experience, it's possible that Maharaja might return to its former glories - at least we hope so. But, for now, it will be awhile before we return, at least at these prices.

I really enjoy the consistency and quality of this Indian restaurant. This is why I'm giving it a 5 star. The food is spectacular and it is an extra bonus that they can bring the heat! Any spicy food lover, look no further this establishment will satisfy that heartburn of yours!I got the goat curry with garlic naan and I have to say the goat was full of meat. I have been to many places where you ask for goat curry and they mostly give you bones! It is a solid place and I highly recommend them. This place also has very deep Indian cultural vibe with their ambiance. You can really tell by the decor and what they try to have the customer experience. Service was prompt polite and felt very welcome.

This place has a "good" rating on the door but when I can assure you, they deserve the "excellent" The whole place is super clean, in fact they were cleaning the lobby area when we got there. The tables and chairs are clean and tidy. The staff were friendly. Food was truly delicious! Next time we will try the curries but this time around, we had more brunch type items. We ordered papri chaat, veggie pakoras, gulab jamun, aloo paratha with some pickle.

Good Indian food and great service! The place reminded me of dhaba side food in north, the food was piquant. We tried them on Christmas night and the food was delicious . The place has a lot of seating and had ample parking. For appetizers we tried the gobhi Manchurian and the food brought me back to India . It had the right mix of flavors with its spice level and sweetness . We requested for green chutney and they bought a container of different types of chutneys similar to what you get in India. We tried the malai kofta 5/5 and kadhai paneer 3.5/5 and the gravy for both was good! The malai kofta is a must try , the kofta was soft, and creamy. The kadhai paneer was okay. The entrees come with a side of rice. We tried the naan basket which was a mix of different kind of naans. Naans texture was very similar to what you get in North india. Really good! Mango lassi was good as well! The only thing I felt could be improved is the status of restrooms. The doors didn't close properly, were missing seat covers and could be kept more tidy. The restaurant area itself was kempt. Definitely recommend this place for good Indian food!!

We had a fantastic meal at the Maharaja tonight and had a great waiter named Anu. My girlfriend and I had just flown into town to visit family and this spot was one of the few places still open late. We shared a vegetarian dinner for two and had the aloo gobi, daal, and vegetable curry. Our favorite was the vegetable curry recommended by Anu. We debated between going here and chipotle and could not have been happier with our choice. We are going to try to go back before we leave!

Our server Sandeep and others provided very nice service! Food came quickly and tasted very fresh and the chicken tikka masala had a rich flavor. Paneer Pakora was also nicely seasoned and cooked. Chutneys are also good. My favorite is the naan portion and quality, it tasted very fresh and wasn't burnt like other places. The area and restaurant itself is a nice one. Everything is clean, from the tables to the restroom. We live a bit further, but would definitely be back.
