Finding a restaurant to celebrare a birthday/graduation for a party of 20 is not an easy endevor. Specially when attempting to coordinate everything from out of town, most of us drove from LA and TJ. Maggie's was the only restaurant who said YES to us. Our host ( I believe is Martha) was amazing, she did everything with a smile, was on point with all of our orders and her overall hospitality was incredible. I also want to express our gratitud to the restaurant manager, he was super nice and accommodating. Given that the party was substantial, we were prepared to wait longer for our food, however, much to our surprise, it was not the case, plate after plate that cameOut of that magical kitchen, had the right temperature, the food was nicely presented and very tasty. We highly recommend Maggie's for their service, food and atmosphere. We are sincerely thankful to the staff at Maggie's, we had a lovely time at your restaurant.

Visited 7/15/2024Well I've had my eye on Maggie's Cafe for a long time now.Was told by many friends that this place served up some great food so today was my time to check it out.One of the top dishes on the menu is The Chile Relleno Omelet.I just had to have it. I wasn't disappointed.Comes with 3 cage free eggs in a omelet stuffed with a nice fat Chile Relleno.Maggie's Homemade Potatos, Refried Beans, and choice of Toast.I asked for a Pancake instead of toast and sure glad I did. It was a perfectly cooked pancake and nice sized. I also ordered a side of the hand made breakfast sausage. Very Tasty Sausage. All the food was delicious and perfectly cooked also nicely presented.This was a nice place for a nice breakfast.Service was friendly and efficient.Lots of seating inside and a nice outside patio with plenty of extra seating.Prices were average for San Diego so no surprise there.Just letting you know If You Check In On Yelp you'll get 10 percent off your bill. That's what I did. Absolutely love this establishment. Excellent food at reasonable served up by friendly staff who make sure the experience is everything it should be.I had the chorizo skillet and it was fabulous. Not to mention a very generous portion!If you're in this part of town and a bite to eat that's worth every penny - this is the place.

Eating out is fun when you have a dog. Cako loves coming to Maggie's because the staff is really nice! Diana took great care and gave us a doggie menu which I don't know if it's new. One of my goals is to eat something different each time I'm here. This visit I ordered the Torta Cubana; Milanesa, Chicken, Ham, Chorizo, Egg, Cheddar Cheese and Pepper Jack Cheese...this torta was sooooooooo good! She asked which sides I wanted, and for $1.99, I got half fries and half onion rings. Daveed ordered the tender steak and eggs. I ordered the bacon and eggs ($6.99) for Cako, which she loved! Trying to cut back on my sugar intake, the bartender made me a tequila, lime juice, and seltzer which was perfect! Sort of like a tequila soda...LOL! It was a cool evening on the patio, and Logan was pretty lively. Always great coming here!Cako Approves Again!!!

First time visiting Maggie's for breakfast on a weekend. The space is large with plenty of indoor and outdoor tables. The service was good our waiter immediately took our order and offered suggestions. The food: ok. Lrge portions. I ordered the red chilaquiles , the red salsa was peculiar, definitely not your "average" chilaquiles sauce. I asked and they mentioned it was made with fresh chipotle peppers. Nonetheless it tasted like las palmas enchilada sauce to me. The tortillas were smothered in it, so no way around it. They went heavy on the sauce too, so again no way around it. They have a large menu with something for everyone which is great! I look forward to trying something new next time!

We went to grab some food after my gf got back into town and off of work. The timing was perfect for happy hour. We got some drinks and got some happy hour food. The sliders and wings were okay and I remembered that some of the food is just that okay. The sliders and burger were good as well and cooked perfectly to temp. It's one of my spots so I will be back.

In Barrio Logan. The cafe is convenient in location and with plenty of parking, the inside is nice and has neat decor and the service is good. The food was not bad - but it's not very authentic Mexican food for the location. A good place for happy hour or a quick bite to eat otherwise. We tried the Torta Oaxaquena, chorizo breakfast skillet and I forgot what the fried appetizer was - but the appetizer was the best part.

Had been wanting to come here for awhile because of the high ratings, and it did not disappoint! Coffee was good, worth mentioning since sometimes when it's not a signature item at a restaurant the coffee can just be ok. We tried the margarita flight which was so good!! I got the carnitas skillet and it was yummy! The meat tasted great, eggs cooked perfectly to my request, and the potatoes and veggies were delicious. Not a big drinker but definitely want to come back because the margaritas were so good. Other must shout out things about this place, it's in a great location in Barrio Logan. There is plenty of parking (at least when we went) and the service was outstanding. Definitely adding to my regular places for breakfast/brunch.

My coworker and I frequent this spot for our lunch break. Delicious food. I like their egg benedicts and nachos (see photo). Plenty of seating inside and out. The servers are nice. I used a Yelp coupon one time for a discount. Nice that they provided that!
