This is our favorite Indian restaurant! Our go to is the masala dosa ( spiced potato in the center of the roll), which is enough to feed a bit more than one person, or the masala paper roast (2 people). The dosa is always done well. I will note the potatoes and sambar can be anywhere from mild to spicy. Onion rava dosa: This one is also a great option, has more of a net like structure than the other dosa. Misses: The mango shake is very very sweet and thick. Service: Very fast and efficient on weekdays, weekends can be a bit slower but still polite. Atmosphere: Predominately people of Indian heritage ( if that's a gauge for anyone). Pretty empty on weekday nights, but be prepared to wait on weekend afternoons.

Just finished visiting the Troll over at Rainier Trail and were ready for dinner so we Yelped Indian food and found Madras Dosa Corner nearby with decent reviews so we went there.We were fairly inexperienced with ordering Dosas so the very nice waiter helped us a lot and recommended several things from the menu. We began with the Idli Vadai which was a donut shaped appetizer with a savory dipping chutney, then had the Onion Pakoda which was like french fried onions that you normally see on top of a green bean casserole for Thanksgiving. This also had a chutney dipping sauce with it.For our main courses, we had the Onion Rava Masala Dosa and a Mysore Masala Dosa. I believe the Mysore was the one that came triangle shaped and had some mild spice inside of it. Each dosa had a serving of potato and vegetable filling inside it which was tasty. The dosas came with 3 different chutneys as well. Then the server who brought out our food made a mistake and brought us out two other plain dosas that were meant for another table. We told the waiter when he came to check on us and he realized what had happened so he just compted those two extra dosas for us. Needless to say, we had a few leftovers good for another meal.This place had a fair amount of customers as we ate and service was pretty good for us. I liked the food as trying new things is one of my mantras this year and this was all new to me. It was fun to get something other than Tikka Masala or Tandoori meats for a change. I recommend trying this place.

I came for lunch to try the ghee paper dosa roast, and it did not disappoint! It came out on a giant plate along with various sauces and chutneys and had a dollop of aloo bhaji (curried potatoes) inside. I also tried their masala chai, chicken 65, and others at the table had the chicken dosa and the chicken kothu parota. I will definitely be back for more!

**vegetarian review**I found madras dosa corner to be average. It's very reasonable prices and good portions but the flavours are off. Not the best sambar or chutney or podi. The service was quick but I prefer other South Indian places more.

We ordered the onion ghee pudi masala dosa, ghee masala paper roast dosa, parota kuruma, and sambar vada. We recommend all those items! The food came out super quickly, tasted fresh, and was very filling. The masala paper roast was super crispy and had a very flavorful filling. The onion ghee pudi masala dosa was not as crispy as the ghee masala paper roast, but the filling was extremely flavorful - we loved the onion crunch and flavor. We all loved what we ordered, the staff was very nice, so I would definitely recommend this place!

Come for the dosas. The ghee masala paper roast dosa is light, crispy and the ghee masala is a wonderful filling to go with the dosa. Also tried the podi idli which was crunchy and nutty. It went well with the dosa. The service was friendly and quick, the owner was great to speak with and offered some suggestions. I will definitely try other things on the menu next time.

Went here with friends after a hike for lunch. All of us liked their dosas! Not sure if I was fond of their red chutney and sambhar, but the coconut chutney was good.Tried the old monk beer! Their buttermilk was tasty. We again ordered filter coffee in the end, was really good.Our friend's 2 year old kid loved their dosas and finished one whole herself.My husband ordered their goat keema soda and absolutely loved it.Highly recommend buying the banana chips that come in a box at the billing counter. They're thin and flavorful! Could buy a bigger quantity if they had.Great service overall.

We tried the mini idlis in sambar and they were hot and tasty, though the sambar was a bit too sweet for my liking. The veg kothu paratha was flavorful, but the texture was unexpected, more like a mashed-up upma.
