Mad Mac's Gourmet Sandwich Shop

This is a really great local burger spot. Food is fresh and hot every time and they have nice selection of sandwiches and burgers.I've been at least 2-3 times would have gone more often but they close pretty early and they're closed on Saturdays which sucks because every time I'm in the mood for a burger they're closed. Service is great pretty straight forward you order at the counter and your name is called when your order is ready. Plenty of seating including some outdoor seating. Parking is readily available.A great spot for lunch. I'd recommend it to everyone. Hopefully they consider longer hours or opening on Saturdays I know plenty of people who would appreciate the additional hours.

The service is good. The food is good. So far I haven't had anything that I didn't like. Would definitely recommend!

I had the catfish plate with the hot Tennessee seasoning on it. The seasoning was dry rub and it really has have a kick to it. If you like spicy food I would recommend it.

I just had lunch here and it was very good. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. They have a great selection of sandwiches that all look really good. I had the pleasure of getting the Reuben. It was a perfectly grilled sandwich with fantastic flavor. One issue I have when I get Reubens, is the sauerkraut isn't flavorful enough, that is not the case here. The sauerkraut and the dressing on the sandwich were both very tasty and flavorful. I also had the garlic fries which were also fantastic. This place will likely become a regular lunch spot. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Service was attentive and recommended additional option that weren't listed on the menu. Their Pride Road drinks were AWESOME! Real cane sugar and no artificial coloring or additives! The spicy ranch BLT was pretty good but the fries were soggy. I wish that it was placed on something to soak up the grease. I will be back again, and again.

The food selection is amazing the service is incredible. The ambiance is good the only problem is the sitting area is small. If you go get there before 11:30am.. this place goes off the chain at lunch time... is it worth it.. definitely. The sandwiches the wraps the salads.. you can't go wrong...

Went here on a business lunch. I ordered the Georgia Gold sandwich. If you order the combo, it comes fries and a drink. I got the spicy fries. This consists of a spicy mixture of spices sprinkled over them. The sandwich was served hot. The chicken was tender, and the red onion and pickles added a great flavor boost. Small seating area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Food is great, but customer service requires improvement. The last time I visited, they closed 25 minutes earlier, and today, they closed at 3:00 due to a special event. No one answers the calls, so you can't call in to place an place an order  and cannot place a pickup order digitally. This is a major hassle being that I travel a good distance to eat here.

Had the worst experience walked in nobody even said hello they just yelled they were closed. It was 5:36 and they said they took their last orders at 5:40 and refused to take an order for a salad. Business closed at 6.
