The quality of the produce here is excellent. It is significantly better than any of the nearby markets, including PCC or the Metropolitan Market in Mercer Island. It is not only fresh but it does not start to rot the second you get it home. And the prices are very reasonable -- much cheaper than the local markets.

I love macphersons. Reasonable prices, good selection, and a welcoming place to come with the kids.

A hidden gem in Georgetown. This is hands-down my favorite produce market in the city. Bins of fresh produce at very reasonable prices. A wide selection of apples, peppers, root veggies, pretty much anything you could want. You'll find some homemade items as well as the traditional assortment of sauces, dried beans, and Oaxaca cheese.Pro-tip: Lookup. The shelf space over the veggie bins has a variety of sauces and Mexican-style grocery items. There's also a case of Mexican conchas, sweet morning buns. A good selection, the coconut ones.

Now, more than ever, is the time to support and buy local! Don't get me wrong, corporate supermarkets are quick and convenient at times, but you can't beat the price and quality of fresh produce stands. Today's visit at MacPherson's Fruit & Produce was a success. Not only do they have fresh beautiful produce, but for a steal! Their greens are in plentiful bundles for an amazing price, perfect for Thanksgiving ham hocks and greens. If I wasn't on such a time crunch, I would've wandered around a bit more because they had such a unique selection of fruits and veggies. Instead of driving down the street to the closest supermarket to me, I'll be making an extra ten minute trip to MacPherson's, moving forward, because it is absolutely worth it.

Great variety of fresh and affordable produce! Often times, I find that prices here are lower than other markets in the area without any compromise to the quality.Parking can be tricky but don't let that drive you away! It's definitely well worth it!

Wow - What a disappointment! Stopped there 2 days ago on 5-14-2024 and prices are ridiculous! This place used to be a bargain - Those days are over.Broccoli - Tomatoes - Oranges - all outrageously expensive per LB.Got lucky on the apples at $1.69lb. but they were not the greatest.

I've been away from Seattle the past 6 years living in Vegas. There is nothing to compare to McPhersons in Vegas. Upon my return to Seattle this past week, one of the first places I went to was McPhersons. My daughter I picked out a variety of fruit, melons, veggies and salads. Everything was fresh and yummy. There is nothing better than fresh fruits and veggies. The place looks the same where you can easily find what you need along with some novelty items. Service was great and we were in and out in no time...I suppose that was due to us knowing what we wanted to get, the the check out was easy and quickI highly recommend McPhersons for your Fruit and Vegetables needs. They are worth checking out.Plus I believe in supporting local businesses.LadyFlava of LadyFlavaNews

This place used to be my favorite place in this neighborhood and I went there every week to get my veggies because they are fresh and has good price. Unfortunately in the past couple years it has changed. Many of their prices have increased at least 30-50%! Majority of them are more expensive their QFC and Safeway. I understand there is inflation, but the quality of the produces are the most shocking part!! They are not good at all! Why would I pay extra for produces that are already at the end of their shelf life? After a year we went back to give it a second chance, but we were disappointed again. I gave it two stars because the staffs are still a group of nice people. If the owner sees this post, please bring back the MacPherson's that we used to know!
