M & R Liquors VIII

My quick stop spot when the weekend is upon me and I need to stock up. Whether it's Jack, Jim, Jose or Bailey's, I know that I can trust that M&R to have it. They also carry a wide array of beer and single malts. Need cigars? They have those too.Nice guys--family run.

HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE. KAISER GUY WAS RUDE. rented 2 machine s 1leaked all over floor delaying dinner pisding off dtaff because they had to mop Margarita mix off floor. It was sticky. He forced t h e 2nd machine on us. Were never told about 500dl deposit. He did not reimburse us for the machine that never worked .The other machine was turned on at 4pm and did not freeze if you wanna call it frozen till 10pm. Wedding was done by then. If you want HORRIBLE service machines that dont work. Kaiser is your guy. Do not use this place. Wish I could give him a ZERO.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO IF I COULD! This is the worst place to get liquor from. The guy was super rude the whole time we dealt with him kaizer i think is the name. We booked for 2 margarita machines for our wedding and when they brought it to the venue and he didnt even make sure that they worked. As soon as they turned it on and filled it the batch was leaking out of the machine and all over the floor delaying the food because they now had to clean the whole kitchen. Of course we still get charged for his ignorance of selling us 2 broken margarita machine's. Do not buy amything from this sleezy place. Its the worst.

This is a very good place to go and get all your liquor needs meet... The staff is very professional and knows their stuff.. the prices are reasonable but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST!!!!!! I've been a secret shopper for some time and believe me they go above and beyond for all their customers....coming from a secret shoppers view and a REAL CUSTOMER VIEW this place hands down is the BEST!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

We stopped in M&R for a quick purchase. I then received a call from my husband to pick up a high ball glass if they had any. Well, they did have one that was perfect. When the gentleman behind the counter saw we only had one glass and there were two of us there, he went on a hunt for an additional glass. Since he couldn't find a price on the original one selected, he kindly gave us both glasses free. He was such a nice guy, and the store had good selections. Personal attention sure makes you want to shop here often!

Great selection and knowledgeable staff. Match that with great pricing and you have arguably the best liquor store in the Houston area!

Employees do not wear masks and do not enforce any mask laws. You decide how safe that makes their deliveries and curb-side pickup.

The little squirrelly guy with the mustache and tattoos on his arms is kind of a douche with how he talks to you. Prices are a little high too. Don't think I'll be coming back until that little dude is gone.

We had an event, shopped it at three different stores, and found M & R liquors to be the lowest. They came in with a great selection of wines and spirits and at competitive prices, from the outset. They have a great selection, had our order ready, and delivered in a timely manner. We will use them again.

Our favorite Cypress liquor store. Kiser knows his liquor and was able to walk us through different drinks with the bottle we chose. We will be back soon to see what other recipes he has up his sleeves!
