We've been living in Granite Falls for 4 years now and it's steadily growing and its nice to see this locally owned cafe! I live about 10mins away, (15 if theres a little bit of traffic) so I made sure to stop by. Great spot in the middle of downtown Granite, lots of parking! It was busy when we got there so I didn't get a chance to really take a look at the menu's but they had lots of treats! Cookies, pastries, you name it! I got a breakfast sandwich, my husband got the breakfast burrito and they have coffee flights! AMAZING. I hope this cafe is here to stay, long term! I love it. It's also very roomy, they have taller countertops and kids/toddler even have their own place. Very kid friendly. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic little place! Great sandwich combinations. Each thing was definitely fresh. We had the hot wing sandwich and the club. Very tasty! We also took a strawberry chocolate cookie, strawberry pop tart cookies cookie & blueberry scone home. Let's just say we took a bite of each before our lunch showed up. Lol delicious! If I have to pick one.... It's going to be strawberry chocolate for the win.I'll go back.... Anytime!

My wife and I visited Granite Falls. It was our mystery date from our date book called The Adventure Challenge. We had never spent any time in Granite Falls, and we only visited Lyla's Cafe based upon other reviews. But seriously, the sandwich I got - called a Sweet Granny, I believe - was one of the best sandwiches I have had in months! It had spinach, baked apples with a cinnamon compote, cheddar cheese, bacon, and honey mustard dressing. Grilled on sourdough. OMGosh - incredible!I also had an Italian soda made with watermelon and blackberry flavorings (No cream or whipped cream) - it was a mystery flavor from the barista inside the store. YUM!Seriously, if you are ever in the area - or even "kinda close" - you HAVE to do yourself a favor and stop in!

Awesome place to stop and get a drink and something to eat on the way to a hike. Friendly service with many interesting options. Scone was OK but it definitely was flavourful with a strong smoked bacon flavor. Also have ice cream for the way back! Definitely going to make it a routine stop along the way to hike in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at this kid-friendly restaurant! The play area and abundance of high chairs made it perfect for families. I ordered the sweet granny, which was delicious, but the grilled cheese didn't suit my taste due to the sauce used. Nonetheless, the friendly staff made the visit enjoyable.

Quaint interior and some dusty branded coffee cups lingering on shelves belie the ability to grab a seriously good breakfast burrito loaded with all the fixings and pressed like a panini. Coffee is solid, and they even have a keto bagel for those looking to follow their dietary regimen.Nice spot to swing by if you're in the area to check out the fish ladder or the (perhaps closing down soon!) American branch of the Tsubaki shinto shrine.

Saw this place on Facebook and the food here looked amazing, so the Huz and I decided that it would be our next Monday adventure. Upon walking in, we were so impressed with how clean and cute it is! It's not a huge restaurant, but they make great use of the space. There are two - four person tables, and even a space on the back for littles to play. Adorbs. Now to the food. Since I don't eat much and Huz and I pretty much have the same tastes, we decided to order a bunch of things to share. We ordered:- French Toast Casserole- Gunnar's Sandwich- Baked Potato Bowl- Sausages- A spinach and bacon quiche- Keto quiche The food was super hot and fresh! Huz wasn't a big fan of the French toast because he said it didn't have much flavor, but I liked it. Everything else was really good. Only suggestion is that the sandwich could use thicker bread because it got a little messy, but the taste was still great. They were having a little bit of trouble connecting to the internet so we could pay (apparently everyone's having internet issues around here) but they were so sweet even offering for us to just take it "on the house." We were able to figure out a way to Venmo them payment + a tip, yay! We were happy to pay because the food and fun (we played games while we waited) was well worth it! We will definitely come back to Lyla's. Besides I still have to get my flight, I'm just too full for it right now Final Review:Huz - 4.5 out of 5Me - 4.5 out of 5

Wow! The food is amazing! We had the breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwich, baked oatmeal, French toast, biscuits and gravy, cookies and danish and everything was SO good! Went after a hike and didn't get any drinks, but would definitely come back again.
