Luxe Boba and TeaCo

Came here a while back for a late night, last minute boba run. it was empty when we first arrived, but there was a steady stream of customers throughout our time here. They have a decent size selection of food items to choose from, mostly fried. As a first time customer, their drinks are a little intimidating, as they all appear to be "specialty". They don't appear to have just a plain milk tea. Husband got one of their fruity teas, can't remember which one, but it was sweet and refreshing, perfect for these hot summer days. The prices are comparable to other places similar to this. They have several low tables and stools to sit at, and the overall decor is bright and gaudy. The people working mostly stayed out of sight in the back and only seemed to appear to take orders or when drinks were ready.Definitely points to this place for their late hours. And yummy drinks.

Just okay. The store is clean and cute with a very modern aesthetic, but it was really hot inside. I wanted to get away from the summer heat and cool down with a refreshing smoothie but had to take it to-go as it was too hot to enjoy inside. Walked in and there was no line, ordered right away and my smoothie took about 10-15 min which is kind of a long wait for such an empty place. A party of 3 ordered after me and they all got their drinks before me. Mine was a blended drink so maybe it took longer than theirs, but it just seemed like a little too long, I actually started to wonder if my order was forgotten. The pricing is confusing too. There were no prices on the menu that I saw, just on the cups that are at the register for size reference. The regular size had a price that was around $6 on it, so I was a bit confused when my order was over $9 (after adding a topping for $.60)I got the Chamango smoothie which was pretty good, but not $9 good. Maybe I'll try something else next time.

This is the closest boba place that's open late near us. So we thought we'd try it out. When you go at night when it looks like it's super busy don't be fooled... there's no a/c so everyone stands outside because it's cooler outside than inside. Also they don't know how to make their own drinks ‍ 2 stars for the first time we visited when the employee was super nice. Been there twice. First time:Ambiance/interior: Super hot summer day so we felt like something cold. We went in thinking there would be some a/c. NOPE! It was like a sauna! The windows were all steamed up due to the heat. Honestly felt horrible for the staff that they have to work indoors where there's no a/c and it was much cooler outside than inside. Service: the gentleman who was working was friendly and went over the menu with our family since we explained it was our first time. Was very patient and afterwards we commented how hot it was and he said the owners had the air on but he doesn't know why it's so hot. Clearly owners are lying to him. I would never work in that condition especially when it's been in the high 90s and no a/c?! Felt horrible for him but he was very kind and had a smile whole time. THIS IS WHAT THE 2 stars are for. His service. Food: we order 3 drinks...X-Large avocado smoothie, Green lantern and Oreo shake. They were all good. Oreo shake was the best of all 3. Second time:Went back because my son really enjoyed the Oreo shake. We decided to try their teas this time. Ambiance: still no a/c. Hot and humid. Food: Oreo shake, starboy and dragonball. Oreo again was the winner the two other teas were made wrong and horrible. Service: this time it looked like the owners were working. When we picked out our order it clearly was wrong and they mixed our two teas together. It was like someone back there was like "little bit of this, a little bit of that... and MIX! We had random things in our drink that wasn't in our order description. When pointing it out they just said random things were random ingredients. I pointed at weird square chunks online in my drink which didn't have fruits and they said it was mango jelly. It was clearly fruit chunks that was supposed to be on the other tea drink. The other drink had a slice of lime. There is no mention of lime on the dragon ball tea. It was a mess and they made it seem like we were wrong. Overall probably won't be back since they can't make your drink correctly and counter that it's correct.

Im Always down to try new bubble tea spots. Upon entering, they had fancy decor and looked really nice inside. I guess its the luxe feeling? Lol They offer a variety of teas and slushes and toppings. I was feeling fruity so i tried the lychee snow with rainbow jelly (already included) and added honey boba. Refeshing and just the right amount of sweetness. You can customize the sweetness. There are also 2 sizes - the regular is a good portion but if you're feeling extra boba-y, go big ! They offer hot snacks but didnt try them. If im in the area and craving boba, i would return. Plenty of free parking

I'm so upset right now. And I'm pregnant so my feelings are amplified a little. I ordered delivery and ordered: a large panda drink with honey boba (paid additional for large size and honey boba which the boba has no flavor like not sweetened at all). The drink itself it fine but it came spilled! (Which is not their fault so I will blame that on the driver. But they usually have it in the boba cups sealed but this for some reason is in a normal cup with the popped on lid that that tapes and put in a bag and all the liquid thankfully leaked into the bag. However, I set it on the counter and it leaked from the bag making a mess for me to clean up. And on top of it no straw was received so how am I supposed to drink it with the boba-I guess use a spoon? Meanwhile, there's barely any ice in it so it's room temp. Some of the boba has a weird consistency too. Some are fine and some are like a thick gelatinous texture.My tofu came soft which is understandable from delivery with the heat in the box so whatever. But literally it's the smallest portion and literally soo bland. One piece taste like there was salt on it and others just bland. I asked for medium spice and they just sprinkled some red chili flakes on it. (I was comparing this to tapex which is seasoned sooo well, this is just inedible to me). And the fried Oreos. This was the best item of all but even then I don't like it. First off, there's literally no powdered sugar on it. Other pictures on Yelp show it dusted with it. It had a thick batter that was not evenly coated and also bland! One side would be the Oreo and the other end just bland batter. The Oreo portion was the only good part. The powdered sugar would have helped. I've always enjoyed fried Oreos but not from here. Unfortunately I'm very upset with how much I spent and not even one part of the meal was up to par. I guess just the drink but here I am gulping it and using a spoon to get the boba. I've been here a few times in the past just for drinks. This is the first time I've ordered some food items. I'm so disappointed I will not be a customer here again unfortunately.

The food is $8.99 before tax.They have two sizes here regular $6.xx and xxl $8.xx, Service is good. The girl at the front was really nice.The drink is a bit too sweet for me, I'll let the ice melt.Dynamite Fries are tasty , I didn't need to order extra sauce they are thin but crunchy. If you save some for later, they are inedible. Easy parking

So beautifully decorated! Went here specifically for the Mr. Bean drink (mung bean). It's "stronger " (mung bean taste) than the one at 7Leaves (and sweeter), but I like it! The rest of the drink menu seems interesting. Will come back here again to try the rest. Located in a shopping center, tucked in the cliffs along the interstate. 'I like the view!''

On our way out of town I wanted to grab a drink and snack. I really wanted something like Taiwanese popcorn chicken. We came across Luxe and I wanted to check it out. Located off the 15 in the Serra Mesa area off of Aero it was really easy to find. It was a weekend afternoon and not super busy. The shop is cute. The menu is a bit overwhelming with all the choices. I just wanted a plain Thai tea (no boba - not a fan!) They call their Thai tea drink Thaiger. We also ordered popcorn chicken and curly fries. The Thai tea was the largest drink I've ever had! It seemed endless! They didn't have their drink sizes listed so I figured a large was good cause me and the hubs was sharing. The large was 32oz! Geezy! We couldn't finish it and still had half the tea into the evening. It did taste good tho. The popcorn chicken was not exactly what I was wanting, but it wasn't bad. The curly fries is standard. We got two sauces, ranch and sweet chili sauce. The sweet chili sauce seemed watered down. Overall it was not bad, just more expensive than I cared for. What sucks is no pricing anywhere! (with the exception of sauces! 60 cents!) It was annoying that I had to keep asking what each item cost when I was trying to pick what I wanted. For 3 items we paid just under $30! So you're ordering blind and expect you to be ok with whatever it cost. That's not a good business practice keeping pricing hidden!

The place is cute inside. It's just that the chair is higher than the table so it's a little uncomfortable to sit or eat snack l. Great customer services. I got the jasmine milk tea with grass jelly with less sugar and it's good. The strawberry cream cheese drink is good. My kid loves it. I order just regular fries for kids and it's little blank. I hope they would put salt then it would be better. Popcorn chicken is okay. I didn't see they have dipping sauce. I only see the ketchup they put where the straw is.

My first time trying Luxe boba and I actually ordered through Uber eats. It was well packaged and delivered quickly. I ordered the Winter wonderland drink w/ honey boba and egg pudding and also the Lychee bomb w/ lychee jelly. Both drinks were very good! I am excited to try their snacks and the Mr Bean drink when I visit!
