If I could marry this place, I would. If it's not lundeen, I don't want it. I rather wait to get coffee here than anywhere else. Everything overall is top notch

The prices are great, but not all the ladies at Lundeen can make coffee. The lines are always too long. If you are allergic to bees you might want to avoid this place. I've witnessed one of the girls working got stung.

I'm sad I have to write a poor review, as I've been coming to this business for the past 5 years. I came through Friday July 26th, ordered 3 drinks had pretty good service, drove off. We tasted our drinks and clearly two drinks were made wrong/undrinkable. We came back and asked the young girl if she could remake two of the drinks because they were undrinkable only to be told we, the customer were wrong and she proceeded to ignore us (I'm assuming she was waiting for us to walk away). After about 8 minutes standing at the window she finally asked us, "so what is it you guys even want" after already asking her to remake the drinks. She continued to ignore us, so we tried to start up a conversation cause we could see she was obviously mad, and she continued to give us short, disrespectful responses. We as costumers we're trying to be as nice as possible, coming from a barista myself I understand the pressures that can be put on these girls but as someone representing a company, I will not be returning based solely on the fact how my friends and I were treated by this Barista. I understand you could be frustrated, but there is NO reason to talk down to your costumers in the way she was. Once she had finished remaking the drinks she slammed the drinks on the ledge and walked off. I was honestly shocked and fed up by this point that I just said "Thank you, have a great day" since apparently she can't seem to give an ounce of customer service. Wasn't able to get the name of the Barista, and honestly, she probably wouldn't of even told me. Young blonde, turquoise acrylics and was the closer July 26th 2019.

I came in 2 times today, I'm sad I have to write this as I have been a loyal customer to this coffee stand for 3 years now and have always tipped more than needed. I love all the baristas there except one. I came in today to get 3 Red Bull's and asked for very light cream considering all my friends and I don't do good with dairy. She proceeded to give me 3 Red Bull's full of straight milk, literally looking like colored milk. I gave it back and asked her to remake it, that pissed her off even though I asked 2 times for light cream. She spilled the coffee all over the side of my car and didn't say sorry or asked if I needed a napkin, after looking directly at the spilt coffee. I brushed it off and just drove away with my new coffee. I then went back earlier tonight wanting some smoothies, she was still working.. I come to the window, I asked her for my flavors and then my boyfriends flavors, she cut me off halfway and snapped saying she didn't have a base for those flavors? So we came up with a different flavor. This might get confusing, the car behind me at the coffee stand was also a worker there but she was off that day and just stopped by to say hi, The girl who was pissed off at me already then proceeded to ask the other girl if " she can deal with her" about me. TO THE GIRL WHO WAS OFF THIS DAY! I then was beside myself, thinking who the hell would hire someone this rude and ignorant. So I go into norms market afterwards looking for the owner of Lundeen coffee stand, I tell the owner that the lady working right now was completely rude to me in many different ways and her response to me was "I don't know how she could be rude, that's my daughter." What I want to know is why her being your daughter defines whether or not she can be rude to people. I loved this place, but a loyal customer won't be treated like that. You guys are flat out rude, all your other baristas are fine besides the owners daughter, get ahold of yourselves.

We came right before close and the barista working was so nice. We got a few drinks and for my kids drink she asked if we wanted whipped cream in or on the lid. Thanks for asking!

I'm giving this five stars even though I've never come away from the experience feeling good about myself, idk what it is about your auras but kinda rude most of the time. Anyway I like their redbulls and stuff so keep it up I guess

They don't know what iced coffee is. They asked if I wanted a latte and I said just an iced coffee. They looked confused.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Never has this place made my drink incorrectly. I come here often in the mornings on the way to school along with other students. The lines can get long but they're great at getting through it. Staff is kind and welcoming. They make an effort to get to know you. Some of them even know my drink.

This coffee stand has always had my favorite coffee in the area and I used to go here several times a week. Due to Covid, I have been avoiding places that you can't pay with an app, so I haven't been since March. I decided to take a chance today and see what precautions they were taking in the hope that I could resume going. Much to my disappointment, they were taking none. Neither barista was wearing a mask (much less gloves) and they were still using a communal pen/clipboard. Unfortunately I won't be back anytime soon.
