Its been on my list to visit Lula for a long time and i finally had the chance to try them out on a weekday afternoon.I ordered the Honey Drip. Flavorfully sugary but the macademia nut was the bold taste in the drink. Costed me $6.50 for a 16oz. Since it was around 2 pm, there was not much of a line inside and was more of a line at the drive thru. Ordering was quick and easy. Got my order back in literally a minute because as I was paying and taking my order, another barista was quickly getting my order done. Super quiet which was perfect for the people around me working. I love the pink aesthetic in the cafe! Overall, will come back again when im in the area.

I work between CID and SoDo and wanted a mocha. Since Starbucks, Tully's & Specialty's closed in the plaza nearby, there are few places to walk to for coffee. As such, i drove to Lula Coffee, which is located at the old Tully's spot next to the Rainier Brewery. I ordered the decaf Livin La Vida Mocha with espresso, chocolate and hot honey. I thought the hot honey would be a bit of sugar overkill, but it made for a smooth coffee drink - neither bitter or acidic, just smooth. It's a mile from my office, easy to get to and they have a parking lot. Service was friendly and prompt. I went early afternoon and there was ample seating to hang out.

I stopped by here to get some breakfast before deciding what to do for the day. The pink decor caught my eye. The baristas welcome you as you step inside. I asked them what they recommend. The drink names are interesting. Take a peek at their menu. I was more in the mood for tea, so I went with the Sodo Fog. The drink has white chocolate, Earl Grey, and almond. She also recommended the white peach raspberry green tea. I also got a breakfast sandwich because I was getting hungry. The drinks were good and the sandwich was filling. This is a cute place where you can get some work done. The music isn't too loud and there are plenty of stools, chairs, and a sofa available.

I stopped in really quick before heading to an appointment and got a 24 oz iced Toffee Butter Macchiato with a plain bagel and some cream cheese. The baristas were kind and quick and I didn't have to wait long for my items. The bagel and cream cheese were exactly what you excepted and the coffee was on the sweeter side and had a slight bitter aftertaste. If you don't like your coffee too sweet, I wouldn't recommend my drink, but for me, the coffee was satisfying and delicious. I wish I could have stayed to do some work because the place is so PINK and vibrant. Something about the setting was really refreshing and energizing. The decor was so lovely. It was clear that a lot of thought was placed into the vibe of the place.

Things I liked about this coffee shop include: the drive-through, the descriptions of the drinks, the decor, the atmosphere, the location and parking options, and the cleanliness. This is definitely a Instagram worthy type of coffee shop for the creative type. I really appreciate it the time and effort and energy they spent into making the atmosphere what it is. Some constructive critique, however includes... The amount of time that it took to get out to drink order was wildly slow. Unpleased with the training of employee at cash register, she took the order, and then minutes later, told us that one of the drinks isn't possible to be made warm. And didn't have any sort of replacement suggestion, not to mention the price difference if I ordered something else. In addition to this, it was a hindrance to not know what anything costs on the menu, because none of the items have a price by them, or anywhere near that you can look at. Meaning that the only thing to do, is ask the price once you're at the register... For me, this is problematic because the price of items helps me to decide what I may or may not get. I really hope they add prices to their menu in the future.Overall, did the drink taste good? Yes. Was it a experience that was a good experience to visit the shop? No... And I probably wouldn't make the effort to come back unless I was already in the area.

Such a cute spot with a lot of great drink options. I appreciate the health add and milk alternatives. I also noticed plenty of outlets by the tables, perfect for anyone needing remote work.

I decided to skip my two usual coffee stops in Georgetown and check out Lula Coffee instead (11/19/23).I remember this site as a former Tully's Coffee and shares the same parking lot as the former Rainier Beer Brewery along Airport Way S.Ample parking, onsite cafe with a drive through, and wow that's a vibrant, happening interior!A few outdoor seats, but various indoor seating configurations are available. Decent pastry case, chilled beverages, deli items plus a menu of inventive espresso & tea beverages to choose from. Welcoming staff and upbeat playlist too. I decided to stick around for a bit and enjoy the vibe. My mocha was also spot-on enjoyable.Nice to see folks just hanging out and having actual convos, not a sea of laptops or an aura of hipster attitude. I appreciate another indie choice along this industrial stretch between SoDo and Georgetown.

The CUTEST coffee shop I've ever seen! Inside is decorated in all pink, plenty of tables, just a really cozy atmosphere. They also have a drive-thru if you don't have time to stop in, but I highly recommend you do! We went on a Sunday morning and there wasn't too many people around. The workers were polite and got our drinks done right away, even with the drive- thru orders. The drinks were good, I don't typically prefer coffee but their white pistachio matcha was delicious.

As a California native, it was a pleasure to get some true Seattle coffee! I tried the The Salty Beach with a CBD infusion & let me tell yall, it lived up to the hype. Not only was it so creamy, the cbd actually did take effect. My lovely girlfriend ordered the White Pistacho Matcha, both drinks with oat milk of course. They were definitely short staffed but handled the rush amazingly well. The cafe is such a cute experience and will definitely be coming back once I visit Seattle again. The second time I came, I tried the Living La Vida Mocha... that hot honey was no joke. lol not my favorite but happy to try the menu.
