Luigi's Pizza

Love Luigi's pizza. Good location, good price, Always delicious, and I try to visit ever time I'm in Chicago. They need to unlock public bathroom though for guests. That almost makes the place lose its 5 star rating from me.

Pizza was good. I always get ground beef. They do need to update prices though so the customer can be on the same page as the seller.

WARNING!!! This is the first and last time I order from here!!! Two days ago I ordered a pizza for delivery I should've known that as soon as the girl answered she wasn't professional or courteous. Ok so I order I get my pizza oh did I mention I was having a sleepover with kids, I get the pizza I opened the box I'm distributing pizza I noticed a plastic piece of a water cap was cooked into the pizza look at pic. One of the kids could've choked to death so I called and they treat me so rude as I'm trying to explain how does a watercap was melted on the pizza. He was very rude didn't want to talk to me or her me out!! I hope you guys are very aware when ordering that u can get anything in your food yuck

This pizza is really good. West side is quite a food desert. Prob best to pick it up if you're in a hurry.

I' m a fun of pizza and their pizza is one of the best. Highly recommend this place.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I did not even want to give a star but I had no choice. We ordered at 730pm we called at 845pm since we had not received our food. We were told driver just left we called again at 910pm ( we only live 10 minutes away) and were told driver would be there in 10 minutes. Finally at 930 we called and cancelled our order. We were put on hold every time and they did not seem to care or even offer money off our order for our wait. Do not know how the food is but not worth the wait and aggravation. Never going here again

I used to eat here regularly back in the 70s. The food was very good. I occasionally order pizza now but nothing more. I decided to order something different "tacos". My original plan was for shrimp but they were all out "strike 1". These tacos were the worst I'd ever eaten. They had absolutely no seasoning. Browned ground beef with tomatoes and lettuce "strike 2". I might give them another chance but I sincerely doubt it.

If you like waiting 10 mins line to place your order or have your wrong every time you'll love this place. Come for the cold slices stay for the attitude.

I don't know where to start. I have been trying to order my son a pizza for two days now and they keep tell me to call back,and when I do they say we can't take anymore orders. Trying to support the neighborhood and look what happen. This was my last try.

Ordered a pizza tonight. They wanted 18 dollars for 14 inch, 1 topping pizza. Previously my food was delivered damaged. I called and was told to take a pic and they would send me another pizza, which never came. The ghetto doesn't have customer service clearly.
