Luigi's New York Giant Pizza

It was Christmas Day (dinner time). My friend was craving pizza! A quick Yelp Search, and we ended up ordering Doordash Delivery thru Luigi's New York Giant Pizza near SDSU area. I wanted to try a different pizza place that I hadn't tried yet in San Diego. I ended up ordering their Margherita Pizza.My friend ordered Luigi's Special (create your own pizza - pepperoni, pineapple, and extra cheese). Pizza was delicious. ENJOY!!

YUM! I love a good New York style pizza! It was so delicious and I would definitely go again for a pizza craving! This pizza even tasted great as a leftover!

Okay, this place needs more stars so I'm here to leave 5. First of all, I called in an order- they quoted 20-25 mins. I got there early because I was close and it was done even sooner. Love that. I walk in and was immediately greeted and taken care of kindly and effectively. Also love. I get home to find one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time AND MADE CORRECTLY! I ordered half pep/ half little Italy pizza without the red pepper flakes (my daughter won't do spicy). Crust is so good, not too thin, not too thick. Sauce is perfect, not too overpowering like I feel like Woodstock's is. I'm SO happy to found our new pizza spot. Will definitely be back! I apologize for the pics with slices taken out, we couldn't wait to dive in.

Came to try for first time and got the cheese burger with fries and it was delicious. The service was excellent they are very nice here. And you can eat inside a must check out if your in the area

Door dash. Every Sunday. 1 Pineapple and ham. 1 pep. 1 Diet Pepsi. This place, to me, has the best tasting pizza that checks all boxes. Great dough, great sauce and fresh toppings. I appreciate the service, they get my pizza right every time! Thanks Luigi's.

I ordered a pizza here to go over the phone. Ordering was quick and it was ready to go pretty quickly. Only thing I would recommend is that they identify the location when answering the phone.Parking is a little tight to get in and out. Inside is pretty minimal. The table where the cash register is basically big enough for the cash register and place a pizza. Staff is friendly and pretty efficient.The works pizza was pretty good. It was full of flavor. The crust was good. Overall, on the one visit it was a pretty good visit for a good pizza.

As a New Yorker I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This is not NY style pizza. The slices were very small- ironically as they call themselves giant pizza. It was so dry and very light on the cheese and sauce. For the specialty slice they literally threw the toppings on a cheese slice and didn't even cook it on. There was very little flavor to the food. Charging over $6 for the tiniest slice I've ever gotten is wild. Save ur money and eat literally anywhere else!

Disgusting dirty unkempt hole in the wall and I wouldn't be surprised if rats & cockroaches ran amuck. Place had odd odor. Didn't bother to order food; just walked out

Ordered the food for delivery and was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was well topped, cooked well and flavourful. Wings were crisp, well sauced. Not soggy. Not the greatest pizza in the world, but far better then any chains and not terrible for the price compared to other places.

Terrible pizza, mistakenly went here thinking it was the right Luigi's pizza. It wasnt...Taste like cardboard, no meat. No cheese. And $35 for this quality.
