Came here on a whim wanting some good spicy chicken and vegetables and their Kung Pao chicken did not disappoint. I liked it because it wasn't so spicy that it was burning my face off but still flavorful (+1 star). The rice was pretty basic. I would have liked it more if it had peas/carrots added (-1/2). The vegetables tasted fresh (not frozen, +1). One dinner special = 2.5 meals as well (+2 stars)The creamy crab rangoons are just that - Suuuper creamy. They must be 400 calories a pop with the amount of cream cheese in those things. If you're a huge cream cheese fan these would be chefs kiss but for me they were a little much (-1/2 star). The service was very kind. It is a nice Chinese run business with *tons* of menu options, which is quite impressive for the tiny building they're running out of. Yes, the "ambiance" of a drive up Chinese food restaurant isn't exactly the Shangri-La, but you can tell this couple is working hard and going waaay out of their way to make their dream a reality (open until 2 AM for goodness sakes). If you're in the area and hungry for Chinese food there's no reason to not give these guys a shot. Overall, 4/5 but has potential to be a 5 with some small tweaks.

The food was actually pretty good, my rating comes mostly from the service and a few things lacking. We asked for duck sauce which they didn't have which was fine but then when asking for an extra soy sauce it was .50 for the little packet. I understand charging for extra sauce however, I feel this was a little bit much for a little packet. The Combination Lo Main had 2 pieces of shrimp in it. When we asked about the shrimp we were told that's all you get is 2 pieces. I feel if you're paying more for a dish with shrimp that more than 2 pieces would be included. I felt when we voiced our concerns it quickly turned into that's all you get and we were dismissed pretty quickly. However despite those issues I would definitely be back due to the late night option and to give them a second chance.

Use to eat here several years ago. Moved back to Phoenix and couldn't wait to eat there again. I love the food and you can taste the special care that she takes with her cooking. Never a bad experience.

Oh boy, where do I even start? I ordered two $20 Mongolian beef dishes, and what I got was a couple of sad, pathetic strips of meat and a whole lotta nothing else. I mean, seriously, who serves uncooked white onion and slightly cooked green onion as a "main dish"? It's like they're trying to make me cry... or at least make me question their life choices. And don't even get me started on the "gyoza" that came with it. I use quotes because I'm pretty sure that "gyoza" was actually a tiny, fried beetle that had made itself at home on my plate. I mean, who needs actual meat when you can have a crunchy, crispy beetle, right? (Just kidding, NO ONE.)But wait, it gets even better! I also paid $14.99 for vegetable chow mein... and you know what I got? A plate of plain old vegetables. No noodles, no sauce, still icy. Just veggies. Like, I get it, some people like that sort of thing, but come on, $14.99 for a bag of frozen broccoli? It's like they're trying to rip me off.All in all, I'd give this place a solid 0/10. Don't come here unless you want to be served a side of disappointment with your meal. And maybe bring some insect repellent.

I come here once in awhile late at night when nothing else is open. I usually get the sweet and sour chicken with white rice. It's exactly what you expect. It's pretty good. They will charge you $2 if you want to use a credit card. I don't blame them. Bankers are thieves. There should be a law showing exactly how much the merchant is paying in fees on the credit card receipt.I have also tried the kung pao chicken. It tasted good at first, but ended up being too sweet for me. The general tso was disappointing also, you're better off with the Sweet and sour chicken. I think they are catering to the fast food crowd who expect everything a little bit on the sweet side. I think there's always old small bit of sugar and some of the base sauces, but this was a too much for me. Still I hope to come back and try some of the non-sweet dishes. Next on my list will be the chicken egg foo young and the mongolian chicken. I wish there were more places like this around.

Driver was speedy but overall I was super disappointed. When the food arrived, one of the boxes was completely leaking through the bag and onto me. Whatever, not a huge deal. Then I opened the box of beef and pan fried noodles and the noodles were literally hard. I couldn't even pick them up with my fork. Overall, extremely disappointed considering I paid $15 for that dish. Won't be going again.

They ARE still open! Saw another review stating they weren't and got so sad. Have been picking up food from Lucky Wok for years. Always delicious and the owners are so friendly.
