Lucky Chinese Food

Lucky is our go to Chinese restaurant when we want fresh good food. You can dine in or take out. The egg drop soup is one of my favorites with the crunch noodles. The workers are very friendly and fast whether you're dinning in or out. The inside is clean and lots of seating options. They have two locations, El Cajon and Santee . Both are worth visiting!

Love this place! The lady who helped me was very nice and generous. Their bbq pork and orange chicken are our favorite. The place is clean and organized. We'll be back!

Food is flavorless and not very good service. A smile would be nice, all so serious unless they're having a conversation amongst themselves.

Great service, always so kind. Delicious food. Generous portions and good prices. This box was about $12. This is like 3 meals worth of food for me!

Love this place. This is the original location. They also have one in Santee. I've been going to both for years.Good take out and sit down options. The salt and pepper wings are great for events. Friendly staff.

gross. disgusting. NOT edible.please lolllllI came here for the one entree lunch special they had for $5 something.I was charged almost $10 because apparently they don't do the lunch specials anymore.Ended up getting salt and pepper wings because I'm a sucker for them. So expensive.The food smelt very bad and I was so confused my car was smelling foul.Like bad/old oil.I get back to work and try the teriyaki chicken and chow mein..: I could not eat it. It was so nasty.The chicken was dry hard and flavorless. The chow mein had a strange thicker texture and tasted weird.The salt and pepper wings were good but not good enough to come back.Safe to say this is not a place to go to.

Excellent food, friendly servers, casual dining. At the Santee location, They do make shrimp egg foo young upon request--it's delicious!

Been going to the Luckys in Santee but have now tried this location and can't wait to go back. Fresh and most is made to order (quickly), very nice and friendly staff and the parking lot is easy to get to and park. I would recommend this location over their other one for multiple reasons.

Almost perfect is all I have to say. Food was quickly out and well presented. 75% of the time after I have any form of Asian food I don't feel well after so, not the case here. Service was pretty decent nothing too bad or too good just average. Only complaint is the bathrooms are quite dirty, I found an unknown substance of something that looks like marijuana or weed in the sink, idk if this part of El Cajon is known for its drug problem or not, but regardless it may not be their fault.

We still dine here! Food is still delicious. Servings are very generous, enough to save half for lunch the following day & service is friendly like always :)
