I received a mailer this week from Luciano's the day after receiving one from a nearby competitor. Both menus looked good but I was intrigued by the specialty pizzas Luciano's had to offer. Many were similar to what I saw in pizzerias in Manhattan when I lived there. I was so thrilled to have eggplant parm on my pizza again! This was my favorite slice at a place near me in the UWS! Online ordering was easy and delivery was only $1 - it was supposed to be able to take credit card orders online but in the end the only option was cash. That was annoying since we are trying to be contactless with COVID-19 going on and I'm not really going to leave an envelope of money on my doorstep.As promised the pizza showed up at 45 minutes on the dot, piping hot and delicious! I ordered 3 small pizzas so I could maximize the number of options to try. The shrimp scampi pizza was good, although I would have preferred cut up prawns to bay shrimp. The white vegetable pizza was a nice mix of fresh broccoli and tomatoes with lots of base cheese and ricotta. I loved how cheesy this on was! But of all three, my favorite was the exotica pizza - nothing beats eggplant parm on a pizza!! Everything tasted great upon reheating the second day as well! I will definitely order from them again in the future - hopefully the online ordering will be more streamlined and allow for the coupon entries from the mailer as well!

A great place for pizza and pasta . When I worked in the area I would stop there for lunch 2-3 days a week . The quality and quantity of food verses the price is a bargain in my opinion . Highly recommended

This was my first time ordering from them. They were very polite on the phone. The food arrived on time. the pasta was perfectly cooked; al dente. The delivery person was courteous.The meatballs were VERY tasty. I wish they had fresh parmesan instead of those little nasty packets with the preservatives, and the garlic bread could've used more garlic, but overall I was very pleased. I will buy my own fresh parmesan if I order again and all will be well!

I drove for Postmates and picked up a Pizza and Salad for a customer. I had something in my eye and asked to use the Restrooms. The middle aged woman with an accent said, "No. Employees only." I asked again. She would not bunge and stated "There's a sign outside that says, No Public Restrooms." Usually, restaurants put that sign up for Non-Customers. I have been doing Deliveries for 1.75 years now. No Restaurant staff ever denied me entrance to their Restrooms!

What happened to this place? This use to be my favorite pizza. I haven't had their pizza in 2 years because I moved away, but it was always the cheesiest, tastiest pizza I ever had. This pizza was crap. No flavor, despite advertising it had garlic on it. Hardly any cheese!! I paid $20 for a medium and I could get better pizza at Dominos for half the price!! Will never order from here again.
