Love That Red Winery

I do love that red wine! I was looking forward to trying Love That Red Winery since I normally only drink reds, so it seemed like an ideal tasting room to check out. However, although the staff was super friendly, I found the wines lackluster, especially given the price point. My friend and I visited on a Sunday without a reservation, and we were able to be seated on the side patio since we had our dogs with us. It was a nice, quiet, private space that opened into the garage area where there was more seating and the bathrooms. Music played in the background. I enjoyed the setting here. The employee who helped us was super friendly. She checked in with us throughout our tasting where we were able to try four reds. Surprisingly, out of all the ones we tried, I liked the merlot the best, which I normally am not a huge fan of. I recommend it! All the other reds we tried were A-OK. I thought the two syrahs we tried would have mote bite to it, but surprisingly, they were more sweet than peppery. However, they have A LOT of red wines made here, so perhaps if we had tried the other reds, we'd have better luck. With that said, I'd come back to check out more of the reds, especially since the staff was so friendly and they allow dogs. And then, I'm hoping to find a bottle of red wine worth taking home.

We visited for a paint party and while we enjoyed the wine we were shocked by the per glass pricing. With so many choices in the warehouse area the lack of variety and $17 glasses were a turn off. We had trouble finding them as maps does not have their updated location.

Nice outdoor patio for tastings that are appropriately spaced and staff is wearing their masks correctly. It's racehorse themed and as the name of the winery suggests, there are a lot of reds to sample. There's a food truck on the weekends so we were able to get some queso to snack on while we tasted. Great wine and great service!

I absolutely love coming here. The ambiance of the tasting room, the wine, and the service are all amazing. I couldn't recommend this winery enough! It also has a great story and is family owned.

The elegance and majesty of horse racing is captured in the bottle at this Woodinville winery gem. Winemaker Terry Wells has crafted world class wines, artfully presented in a setting reflecting his family's legacy with horses. The wines are truly the centerpiece though - Rhône and Bordeaux varietals are blended and aged for up to an impressive 36 months in the best French oak barrels available. The results must be tasted and taken home for your cellar. These wines are amongst the best available in Woodinville and likely in their way to broader recognition soon.

Love going to Love That Red. There new wines are amazing. They also are so knowledgeable and they make the wine on-site. They also host fun events which are a must do. This family owned business is so passionate about their wine and their customers.

We went into Love that Red Winery on a Friday night to listen to live music while enjoying great Washington local wine and charcuterie boards. We had such a great evening they set up a few tables together for our large group of friends. It was perfect, can't wait to visit again soon.
