Very cute spot! Some friends and I decided to meet at Lou's because it was a nice halfway point. It's located in Papago Park, so you get to enjoy the lovely views of the mountains. We came at sunset, so it was extra beautiful!As a new mom, I appreciated how kid-friendly it was. It can be nerve-racking to go out in public with babies, but I felt very comfortable here! Our kind server added to that. I ordered a spicy margarita and we shared some items from the happy hour menu. We went with the chips and salsa and the prime rib tacos. The food was average, nothing really stood out as something I would want to come back to eat again. The ambiance and views are definitely what set Lou's apart, and what makes it worth returning!

I'm not sure if Lou's is under new management, but the food has improved so much since the last time we visited. Naturally, we love Lou's because of the views. We are also big fans of their frozen margaritas. However, the food was cooked perfectly the last time we went. The happy hour margarita pizza was amazing with those mozzarella balls. The wings were crispy, yet had the perfect sauce ratio. The sauce they use for the calamari was GREAT! The cherry on top was the brownie & ice cream dessert. We usually come to Lou's for ambiance, but the food definitely matched the vibe!

I've been coming here for awhile as it's walking distance from my house. The food has always been good and this time I tried the cookie skillet and it was so tasty!! Ambiance is great, it's next to the golf course, open air concept and fire pits! It doesn't get better than that. The service was also great, Matt at the bar was attentive and helpful and the manager on duty was very sweet and turned on the Lakers game for me which is always appreciated! I love it here and recommend 10/10

I came here purely to eat outside somewhere with a view. I felt a like out of place without a polo, and seemed to be getting some weird looks. Maybe this is only made for golfers.The view wasn't what I thought it was going to be, but it was still a nice outdoor area. The ceviche was pretty good. The pork belly tacos were too fatty & flavorless for me. I couldn't even eat one. I think it would be a lot better if had more of the slaw and cabbage, something to add flavor.

If you're looking for a family friendly venue that offers indoor and outdoor space, a fun vibe, great views, etc... you can't go wrong with Lou's. I've been with my family a handful of times and I have never been disappointed. I will say that my first couple of visits, I was a bit underwhelmed with the food, but I think it's gotten better and I have been impressed with it as of late. On a recent visit, I had a Bloody Mary and a Cobb Salad with Shrimp, and some sweet potato fries. My family also enjoyed wings and pizza.It looks like Lou's does a great job with catering to large groups as it always appears to have private functions going on... I need to keep this in mind for future!I will definitely be back, especially now that my kids seem to be taking up golf!

Popped in for a quick bite. Food was incredible, views were stunning, and service from my bartender, Evan, was exceptional. Highly recommend Lou's!

What a hidden gem! This is the Karsten golf course restaurant and bar. It's beautiful inside and out. With amazing views and outdoor seating weather permitted. I even heard it's great for sunsets!We enjoyed lunch...a salmon sandwich and a southwestern salad. Both delicious! Great service with a smile!

Beautiful scene with the papago mountains near by. Food is delicious. Love golfing, or meeting friends.

We enjoyed the Thai salad and margarita pizza. Daughter loved the No-jito. Great views and nice ambiance.
