Yum Mi Restaurant

Yum Mi never disappoints. Alisha always welcomed guests with a cheerful smile. This time I went with Pahd-See-Eew with pork. And 3 on the heat scale. We wanted to know the difference between Pahd-See-Eew and Pahd-Key-mow. Ends up the latter has Thai Basil. Either way it's darn good. We always add extra veggies to the original dish. Just watch the "heat". Mama in the kitchen turns 4 and above to a flamethrower. If you haven't tried Thai, Yum Mi is a great place to start.

Used to be Tanthai,Super friendly people and very accommodating.The waitress was so nice and helped us through the menu as some items have changed some.The food was awesome and service was incredible.They have only been opened for about 2 months.I can see this being a staple restaurant for this area which lacks a Thai presence.Be sure to check it out.The restaurant area is well decorated and brings a presence of calm and quietness.

I have had Thai food from all over the world. Now that I live in Southern Indiana I'm so thrilled to have some of the best Thai food I've ever head right in my neighborhood. Amazing fresh herbs and vegetables, and sauces are authentic! In my humble opinion, it's better than all the other places around here and in Louisville. I'm so happy they're here. Please try them and give them good business. I need this place in my life.

Fantastic and authentic, clean with great service, this Thai spot blew my expectations away. With each order they'll ask you how spicy you'd like your food, and I would recommend a 1 or lower if it's your first time. The beef pho was delicious as were the spring rolls! I especially liked the hoisin sauce with the pho. Will definitely be coming back!

My favorite Thai place in the local area. Staff are super friendly and courteous. I love the pad see ew and pad kee mow. If you want a mild dish, they will prepare chicken with sweet jasmine rice. They have relaxing music and soft lighting if you decide to dine in. A great date night destination!

This was offensively bad. This was the worst pad thai I've ever had. I'm not even sure I've ever had food that was this bad in general. Didn't even taste remotely close to pad thai. Tasted like nothing! I never throw away good and I threw this away. It was THAT bad. I got a level 3 spicy, as I was told level 4 was "really really spicy", and there was zero spice in it. I picked up my food about 40 min prior to closing, so maybe they just gave me leftover microwaved mush and threw it in the to go box? Either way, it's so rude to serve careless food. I didn't give one star because the service was very nice on the phone and in person, but they can't be serving this crap, the banh mi was definitely better than the pad thai, but the meat tasted a bit funky. I definitely don't recommend and I definitely would never go back. My stomach is not happy.

My first time at Yum Mi. I has it while driving on Charlestown Rd in New Albany. I really like Thai food so I looked up reviews abs the were good. The inside is nice but more importantly the server was very nice. The Pahd Thai was so good. It was different than I had at other places. I like that Yum Mi's includes a fair amount of vegetables. The flavor was amazing. The spice level is 0-5. I ordered a level 3 and it was almost too much for me. It was still very good and I ate it all. The next time I will order level 2. I will be going back and trying more. I highly recommend.

Would recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves their taste buds. Food was full of flavor, service was excellent don't find that very often anymore , and the restaurant was very clean/pleasant environment... 10 out 10
