Yee Kee Restaurant

I've been here several times. Every time the food is hot, and ready on time. I usually order online since they don't accept cards in person, only on their website. I usually get the chicken lo mien pint for $8. It's a very large portion, so I feel like it's a great deal. They are always quick, and friendly. The food has never disappointed. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a local Chinese restaurant , that's reasonably priced and quick.

We are visiting Columbus tonight and wanted some Chinese food...of course looking thru Yelp I found Yee Kee, and I'm sure glad we did!It's a ma & pa Chinese restaurant with the usual American Chinese food, BUT, they also have traditional Chinese food- the kind you would find in China Town Chicago.We ordered the Hot & Spicy Beef w Cilantro, Eggplant and Tofu Pot, and Fish Filet w Black Bean Sauce.All 3 were great and are VERY large portions so there is plenty to take out!If you are ever in the area I would definitely recommend!

Nice little hole-in-the-wall selling very traditional Chinese-American food. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is always good. I love the cash only payment method.

Love this place. I tried it once on a work trip and now eat here every time I'm in Columbus. The people running this place are so nice. The food is really good. They have a authentic Chinese menu and a general menu. I love their wonton soup and hot and sour soup. Their veg lo mein is my go to every time! Their chicken noodle soup was pretty good too. Can't wait to try the other items. Just FYI, they only accept cash or cheque at the counter but you can pay through CC if you order online for pick up. I've only seen people pick up orders, not dine in but they do have place in case you want to dine in. Must try!

A nice, convenient spot on 25th; they have plenty of parking for carry out and their staff is very friendly and efficient. I haven't dined in, but have picked up a few times. Their lunch deals are incredibly generous; you get a large portion of the entree and either fried rice, white rice, or brown rice for only 7.25.Their food is good and they offer all of the Chinese American standards (sweet & sour pork, General Tso's chicken, etc.). They also have a traditional Chinese menu; the mapo tofu and lamb with cumin are great.Definitely worth checking out.

Unassuming on the outside, but the food and customer service are what make this place memorable. The gentleman at the front is enthusiastic and super friendly--it's clear he loves his job & the service is amazing for this little restaurant. I ordered the spicy braised beef noodle soup. Great portion for low price and so delicious! There is the American menu and the authentic Chinese menu. I took home the extra soup so I can eat it again w more noodles/rice. This is such a great friendly neighborhood eats, and the people are so humble & just love sharing the joy of food. I hope more people get to experience this!Note: bring cash! Rarely does a Chinese restaurant live up to their expectations. Yee Kee has impressed me in a manner that only my mother's cooking is capable of. They serve American Chinese food and traditional Chinese food. I simply asked them to select two of their best options and I was not disappointed. The spice is more a flavored and numbing sensation rather than a burning experience. I will be back with more friends. Please note they only accept cash payment.
