The burgers are very good.

Great local bar. Family friendly. Their Boneless chicken wings and quesadillas are my favorite. Unless they are grilling out in the summer, then I get their steaks.

I have loved Woody's for years but they lost a loyal customer tonight. I have never been more disappointed in a local restaurant's service.My roommate and I ordered door dash from Woody's three hours later we contacted our driver to find out that they had a Republican Party event and could not prepare our food in less than two hours -- our order was a burger and fries and an open-faced roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes. The sad thing is on that -- my dish is something you put the bread in a toaster, cut off the roast beef, because it's already cooked, and put the already cooked potatoes and gravy on it and heat it in the microwave. So mine really had no time to prepare. They just had to time it to be done with a burger and fries, which takes no time.Then come to find out, three hours in, that they had never even put the order in so the "wait time" hadn't begun.That's okay. We're going to Arby's. At least we'll eat sometime before midnight. Have never been more disappointed in a local restaurant's service.

We dined on 7-4-23 in the evening (Tuesday) There were 4 people in our group and we ordered: the hot brown, the fish sandwich, the fish platter, and the Philly steak sandwichI can only speak about the fish platter and the steak sandwich. The fish was really good, the coleslaw was diced and just ok tasting, the fries were ice cold and terrible. The steak sandwich came on a sub and the meat was cubed and it seemed like cheap meat. Really needed hot sauce. The onion rings seemed like cheap frozen style. Overall, the food was just ok. I wouldn't rave about it or say you have to eat here. If you are here and need to eat, it'll be fine.

The food was absolutely horrible. My husband and I got the Ultimate burger and the white fish bites. The fish was rubbery and fishy. The burger was a prefrozen patty thrown onto a cardboard bun. I put the tarter sause for fish on the bun in hopes of improving it, but no luck there. The service was fair but the price was shocking for the inedible food that was served. We are still SMH wondering why we didn't get up and walk out. Yuck!

Been going here for about 4 yrs, the service was so slow today, I waited 15 min before I was even greeted. The place was half full with 2 waitresses so I don't know why? One of the waitresses was out front smoking when we left, maybe that could have effected the horrible service. Food was cold and the volume on the juke box was WAY too loud, we couldn't even carry on a conversation. I asked the waitress 3 times to have the bartender turn the volume down, they wouldn't do it. Won't be back!

My friends wanted to meet here the other night. I wasn't happy about it. It looks like a dive bar, and not in the good way. When I got there though my attitude changed. The servers are great. They all seem to like working there. The drinks are cheap. Now, I would have given this place 4 stars because it was too hot. The owners won't turn the AC on. But I would have given it 6 stars if I could because there was a guy in the men's room who kept opening the door while he was taking a dump naked. Yes, naked. When I asked his girlfriend (who was talking to him while the door was open) why he was naked taking a dump, she said, "because he was burning up." So that was the tradeoff for me about it being too hot, I got to see something that you can only see at Woody's in Winchester KY. 6 stars. Highly recommend.
