Wingstop

We love this place. They treat us like friends or family. We like every wing offered, but not too hot.

Usually love wingstop however this location had the greasiest wings I've ever had.I got a 6 piece combo & upgraded to voodoo fries. The fries were great, as always. I don't think I've ever had bad fries from wingstop.However the wings were beyond greasy. I got boneless and there was a puddle of grease in my to go box. I think the greasiness also absorbed the seasonings because the wings were rather bland.Next time I want Wingstop I'll be sure to go to a different location.

Absolutely nothing to write home about... My chicken sandwich was dence and tough on the inside with soggy skin... and the worst fries ever.. soggy and half cooked and even After I requested my sandwich and fries well done.. Highly Disappointed..Believe it or not, this is my 1st time here and more than likely.... my last.

Usually i go to wingstop everywhere i go. Yesterdat i had the craziest encounter with the manager john jones. He mistreats his employees, more than once i saw him mistreating 2 different employees (one hispanich and the other one his helper) i waited almost 1 hour for my wing and at the end i asked for my refunds because i couldn't tolerate anymore his behavior it wasn't pleasant being in a place to eat and relax and hearing thr manager mistreating his employees. When i asked my refund he called someone and told me it takes 15 days to get my money back. Then he nlamed the hispanic employee telling her it was her fault. No it wasnt. Its his fault for screaming and yelling and asking the employees with an attitude of course the employees will be working nervous not knowing what to do next.

Wingstop is a wing establishment located on the okolona area of Louisville Kentucky just off outer loop road in a shopping center right before the Jefferson mall. Wingstop has 2-3 locations in the Louisville area and appear to be pretty popular. I wanna say I tried some wings at a Dixie Highway location a few years back but I'm not one hundred percent sure. My oldest daughter wanted to have some wings tonight so we decided to try something new. We pulled in close to 9pm and there wasn't a wait. The hostess from the get to let us know they had a lot Fo to go orders pre ordered so would be about 30 minutes. She said we could wait inside for the order to get ready. The inside is pretty spacious and has some cool decor. They have the all in one coke fountains with the touch screens. I personally Ordered a 8 wing special and split it up with 4 Hawaiian and 4 hickory smoked bbq. My oldest daughters got a six piece spicy Korean blend and my wife got a 6 piece combo with 3 Hawaiian and 3 Cajun. While waiting my daughter said she was curious about the Cajun. So the hostess was like "we have samples". When she said "ok let's do this" the workers were kinda taken aback and was like "umm you sure it's really hot and have her a cup". I took a video of her trying it (I've posted it to the page) and it wasn't too hot. She had little reaction to it all. Then the workers were like "your turn". So the wife and I tried it. It was hot but it wasn't anything crazy hot. I took a shot of moonshine earlier that burned more. Haha. Anyways our food was really good. The fries it came with were plentiful and very good. Of mine the hickory smoked was solid and the Hawaiian was great. My daughter loves her Korean spicy wings and she said they were solid. Said the Cajun was traditional vinegar hot sauce. She was bummed she couldn't do a hybrid and combine two sauces like other wing places will do. Pricing wasn't bad. Just over $30. Overall we had a good experience. Good service. They said a 30 min wait but it was only like a 10 min wait. The atomic challenge kept us entertained for most of that. The Fries and wings both good. Glad we finally checked this place out and we will definetly come back.

My kids love their wings . The cheese fries are a family favorite. Prices are not bad

I would avoid this Wingstop. I got the hot honey wings and it gave me food poisoning. Another person in my party also got the hot honey seasoning on tenders and got sick. It took 50 minutes to get our food and others that ordered after me were getting their food first. The food was not good and I found a hair in it! Also they were not wearing gloves. Customer service was ok but the wait was unbelievable.

Very disappointed as wing were over cooked and hard. Sad when papa john cooks wings better than a restaurant that specializes in wings. Won't go back. This was the Hurstbourne pkwy store.

Food was mid tasted like shit. Waited over an hour for the food would not recommend. The service was ok. We ordered 15 tenders in total and they gave us 14.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered online for pickup and it said 16-21 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes for my food and the order was wrong!!!
